The donuts are good and fair prices. They have mini donuts and donut holes now.You can go in and buy your food, not sure about dining inside. I didn't see anyone eating at tables. Yes they have bathrooms and handicap accessible bathrooms and parking. No delivery service. The staff is Not friendly at all!!!! Thank goodness they have good food or they would probably not have business as they do. (No matter how nice and respectful you are, they are just not polite). I am sorry but I don't know why they are compelled to be mean. I watched and listened to them with other people ahead of me and I stood and listened to them to the people behind me, same treatment.I do hope you have a better experience.
If there are more than 2 cars ahead of you to order than you should go somewhere else. Slowest service in the whole city. You can tell the employees do not have any enjoyment in their job and they work accordingly.Great donuts but use the app and order them hours before you want them.
amazing hot, fresh glazed donuts -- but besides glazed, many if not most other varieties are no longer available. Also, insanely long drive thru line at most times of the day/night and going inside, even when empty or nearly empty, is still ridiculously slow
I was on the phone with my mom when she was there to place an order that she was sharing with my son and I. She was in line, over looked to the point of stating out loud “I don’t know if I will be able to place an order because I’m being over looked for some unknown reason”. When finally acknowledged by Shondraya, by a point of the finger, my mother asked are you pointing at me? My mother began asking questions about the Mixed Berry Promotion; the host not interested in answering her questions. My mother began telling her the donuts she wanted; Specifically The Strawberry Shortcake, which was not included in either of the 2 boxes of donuts received. The customer service rendered was very poor which has a poor reflection of your establishment. The people you hire are a direct representation of ownership. My mother should have waited until she arrived in Baton Rouge to get get the customer service we are accustomed to when patronizing Krispy Kreme. Very Disappointed
Donuts were great, of course. However, service in drive thru was super slow. We went in the evening around 8pm. One car ahead of us. Looked like they only ordered 3 drinks and we ordered 1 dozen donuts. We sat in line for almost 20min. I could understand if they were busy, but it wasn't. (And no, the inside was dead too)
Rarely gets promotions like the Cinnamon Toast Crunch donuts while being one of, if not the only Krispy Kreme in Louisiana. Mediocre/ Rude service and rarely serves hot donuts.
Customer service needs work. Doughnuts are meh.. never hot and always small and super sugary ??. I just needed a coffee to start my paper. Nothing special
We went through the drive thru and ordered a dozen original doughnuts and two lemon filled. They didn't have the lemon filled, but that was okay. We sat in the drive through line with three cars in front of us. It took about 15-20 minutes just to get to the window and then we were told they didn't even have any original donuts. I understand the worker looked tired and just like he had given up, but it would have been nice to have a heads up at the order box that the original donuts were running low so we didn't just sit there waiting for nothing. I only gave three stars because the worker wasn't informative nor kind.
Can't bet this place. Everything u get is always fresh... very nice helpers
1)How many people work at this location?? 2) WHY ARE THEY SO SLOW AT THE DRIVE THRU??? There should be NO REASON a drive thru should take so long (over 25 min or more)!!!This is a VERY busy location with ALOT of traffic. There should be NO REASON a drive thru should take this long. If you have the sales you should up your delivery time or hire more efficient employees!!
