Honestly, it's the first time I ate IHOP in a minute so I'm not sure if it's this location or all of them. It is a national chain restaurant. Prices are higher than they were a few years ago but that's everywhere these days. Portions are smaller than they were previously as well, also a going trend as of current. Food was barely warm. I ate all my hash browns in about four bites. Eggs seemed like they were from a premix carton of some sort of scrambled egg like substance. Waitress was cool though which earned them an extra star, up from one. Basically, even amongst the other national chains, they're not what they used to be. I used to love IHOP but I will probably never set foot in one again and I was just disappointed in my visit here on this day. It's been fun, deuces...

Very good service at this location and the food was prepared with care. I've been to a lot of IHOP's but the service and food at this one impressed me.

The rating is based on the kind of niche this restaurant is filling, not based upon fine dining standards. Given the 7 iHops in the greater New Orleans area, this has been the best by far. No wait at 11:45am on a Sunday morning, waitress was immediate, she took our fairly complicated order which came out as ordered, came by several times to check before and after meal, and was very attentive. Food quality was good. No complaints.

I have seen seated for 15 minutes and Waiters is served people coming after me.She is saying haven't forgotten us,but It seems to be ignoring us.I feel of bit of racism here. She didn't even given is the menu. I have to take it by myself.

My husband and I went on a Sunday morning. It was nice and clean, older people were mostly there, not noisey, our server was very good her job. I even told her she would not be in that position for very long she knew how to pace herself, greet, check to see if needed anything and correct anything that was not satisfying in the least... Gave her a nice than I give most. That says values for severe. Go there. I hope they keep service grade A. It compensate for high prices.

Just went into this location for a late breakfast. Hostess counter was empty. Waited for someone to acknowledge us at the hostess counter to get on the wait list like you usually do at IHOP. A man in a blue shirt walked up (I believe his name tag said Mike) he never said a word to us, he looked at the clip board then shoved it across the counter at us (I'm assuming for us to write our name on it?) and walked off. Wow. Worst treatment ever at a restaurant. We left.

Almost left because they had lot of people waiting to be seated however the wait was not long at all. Waitress was very attentive and fast her name was Emily. Food came out rather quickly. Restaurant wasnt overly crowded which is great considering covid. Seating was spaced out amongst parties. Everything was really great

Ate here a few times a couple years ago, and came back expecting the same experience. Boy was I wrong. Not sure what the problem is, but there’s a big one. Waited an right under an hour for my Steak and eggs meal, just to have sirloin tips brought out to me. That is when I was informed there was no more T-Bone steaks left. Why wasn’t the decision to substitute the meal asked of me prior to someone making it for me? Service was subpar, and the dining room was uncomfortably cold. February 28, 2022 is the last time I will patronize this location.

I'm only giving a star because I had to. The server, Cynthia was the rudest person I've ever encountered in an iHop, ever. She took her time to acknowledge us, then we waited 20 mins for coffee and water. The water glass had lipstick prints on it, not to mention. After another 15 minutes of waiting we learned there were no grits and it would be 20 minutes until some are ready? Finally got the food and it was cold and wrong. Even had stuff that shouldn't be in it. Listened to her vent to another couple about her coworker doesn't clean his tables. Got her attn to explain our concerns and she walked off while we were talking. I got up and followed her, said excuse as I approached them and they ignored me. The manager still never made her way to our table but they handed us the bill immediately. This place is a joke or maybe just this shift because I've been coming here for the past 2 months and had great experiences until now.Still here waiting on the check btw...

We were visiting family in Metairie and had breakfast on Christmas Day. Having worked holidays myself I usually don't go out on Holidays but we did not want to impose on our family what with them already providing Christmas Dinner so we decided to stop off at IHOP. Our waitress was very polite and was friendly to our children and did an outstanding job considering how busy the restaurant was.
