This appeared to be the after hour hangout for people leaving clubs, etc. The facility wasn't too clean, to include the parking area littered with beer bottles, food containers, and other debris. The menu choices weren't great, the food lukewarm, longer waits that one would expect from a place that wasn't very busy. The staff seemed a bit unwelcoming, and disconnected.
I went to this location yesterday to have breakfast for my anniversary. This place is the worst IHOP I ever been to in my life. When we walked in the place was dead. Only one family was at a table. We stood there almost 10 minutes before someone came to seat us. This new young black kid. He said he new so he barely could answer any questions about the menu.He needs to be fired. He has HORRIBLE customer service,and bad attitude, he’s completely incompetent. We had to ask him atleast 20 times for the SAME things. To say it was that slow in the restaurant he couldn’t manage 3 tables. They only had two people in the front working. The check out girl had to be pulled to the tables because he was doing a horrible job people wanted her instead. The food was extremely disgusting. It was cold. The coffee was horrible and cold. We waited almost an hour for nasty food and ghetto service. We asked for the manger multiple times and they never came. We had multiple things wrong with our order and food. Things needed to be taken off the receipt. You think a manger came out the back to check in the customers??? NO!! All the workers just sat around in a corner bullshytting. This place needs to be shut down with the workers they have now. Everyone who worked on 6/11/22 needs to be FIRED including the MANGER!!
I had the free breakfast voucher from staying at Ramada for 2+2+2 (pancake, egg, & bacon/sausage) + OJ/coffee/sweet tea: eggs over easy and bacon, food was fast and great but service is lacking. No greetings or acknowledgment from anyone on entry, just awkwardly found my way to the register and let them know I'm here to redeem breakfast voucher. A short while after being seated a waitress came by to take my order and someone else served my food. I never received any utensils/napkins nor straws for my drinks and had to flag someone down for each. Later on, the server walking by asked me from afar if everything was OK at which point I was already halfway through my breakfast, so I was good. IDK if it's bc I was redeeming the breakfast voucher or that's just how their service is but certainly needs some improvement to be more welcoming.Also had my fiance's breakfast to-go, he had scrambled eggs and sausage, both were better at another hotel we stayed previously that provided comparable breakfast. He says the pancake was great though. Also sweet tea was good.
Usually I don't come to this location since it's bit crowded than the one on Vets when I go (between 7-10pm). However, this time they weren't busy, staff was nice and friendly. Service was quick. And the food was delicious. Definitely start going to this location from now on.
I stayed at the Hotel next store, was hungry after long flights all day. Bad service guy was on phone his personal phone. Hash browns Cold iMean real cold Bacon gross all fat. Dont stop here its Nasty and no its not clean sticky tables.
Ready to slap yo mama? Just kidding. All your favorite pancakes to order at the IHOP & ROLL. A stroke of genius to open an IHOP right here. Wow... talk about make guests feel at home, our own local hotel chain entrepreneur Ray Peacocks place...the Ramada In Metairie. Beautiful hotel with all the amenities. Don't miss this & don't forget to set your alarm folks, Check out time is at 11am.
I know since covid ever IHOP I've been to has gone way down hill but this place has them all beat. Didn't get napkins or silverware till our food came out, the service was semi polite. The waitresses barely spoke to us and seemed like she just wanted us to leave. Definitely the last time I come to this location
Just like any other Ihop easy access to the i10 good service good American dishes with good prices
I hate to be the one to drop this review and maybe they were just having a bad day or simply our waitress was having a bad day but once we had our order taken which was almost 15min after we arrived. We asked for our food to be cooked a certain way which our waitress replied to by slapping her hand on the table and proclaiming "honey I don't cook the food".....seriously. after that it took about another 25min for the food to arrive....good times.
I literally have been here too many times with too many problems. I didn't use to be this way. I get everywhere is under staffed but this is ridiculous. 80% the people are waiting to be paid attention to. To be sat or to go pr something. We got luck when a dishwasher walked through and we got their attention to give us our order that we already paid for online 45 mins ago. People leave without being sat. Without being acknowledged. It's no wonder nobody wants to work there. ? no management nobody is doing anything. I'm so surprised they haven't been shut down or that corporate hasn't done anything yet.
