I keep coming here because the quality is good and so are the prices. It's a friendly atmosphere too! ?
The concept of customer service must not be something the waitress has ever heard of. She rushed us to order to the point of making me feel anxious. And when I brought up a concern about the bill being incorrect she was very combative and I had to really stick to my guns to get her to correct it. The food was fine - no better or worse than a similar level Asian restaurant. The man behind the front counter making sushi was very pleasant. Overall it was a negative experience due to the waitress and I would not go back.

I agree with all of the other reviewers about the waitress. Very combative and abrasive from the moment we walked in.Also, watch out for the $7 snow crab salad upcharge. The sushi was fine. The chef seemed very pleasant. But not enough positives to go again.
Sushi was not good at all, I only took one bite & when politely asked to exchange item for something else the waitress refused. If I had eaten half or almost the entire roll I would understand but I asked her politely & she refused & was rude. Would not go here ever again.

I love the food here. I normally order take out and always am greeted by the gentlemen working there. He remembers his regular customers and also what they always order. However, the female waitress is absolutely annoying. She is always pushing the customers out as soon as they stop chewing! She is rude and not pleasant to deal with. Definitely a turn off from eating at the restaurant.
Okay so first off I want to say this place gets 3 stars for 2 reasons: 1. the food was decent, a step or two above grocery store sushi bars but definitely not out of this world. 2. All the employees were super friendly but our waitress. From the moment we walked in she seemed annoyed by our very existence. She asked me like 4 times in a row if I wanted to order Hibachi Fried Rice because Sushi was slow. When I replied no thanks, we came for Sushi...she said something in her native language with a huge attitude and walked off. We had a party of 3 and were rudely given 1 (YES, ONE!) drink to share I suppose. She didn't just single us out, when another party of 7 and another party of 3 came in she also went on and on to them about ordering Hibachi instead of Sushi. They get 3 stars and I would NEVER return.
Food was ok, but the waitress was aggressive AF. The chef was much nicer than her.It's only other pro is that it is next to UPS store.
