I haven't been back ever since the worker at the drive thru told me and my boyfriend to "calm down" just because we were trying to explain she was going to give us the wrong order, twice. She took our card and charged us and then we were finally able to speak and explain she had the wrong order. We could tell they were busy and that she was trying to rush but she wouldn't even let us talk and kept on repeating she didn't took our order. This was tell weeks ago and left not wanting to come back, but i will because the coffee is delicious !
I’ve been coming to your stores for years now and I’ve been very grateful for the military discount that you graciously provide. I was a little surprised and embarrassed today at the store on David Drive when I purchased a French Press Club and the young man at the window told me that it was only for active military. I usually try to patron restaurants & stores that honor seniors and veterans as I am both. While I have always enjoyed coming to your stores, I’m saddened to say that after today, I won’t anymore.
Staff although nice took 5 mins to acknowledge I was at the counter the guy making the drinks was eating while making them also the guy making the sandwiches was playing in his hair an neither of them washed there hands.....they are all young an most likely wasnt trained properly
Delicious coffee! I love their mocha La Freeze. I usually go thru drive-thru. But between 9 and 11 am on the weekends, the wait can be very long, 20+ minutes. The issue is that people are ordering food. If the managers read this, please make it a policy to not serve food thru the drive thru. Drive thru should be like an express lane. Thanks!
The David drive location is the best by far the Mgr he is really nice here very clean store
Food was good and wow worth the money. The size of the sandwiches, haven't seen them that way in a long time. Very clean location. Enjoyed yhe warm feeling when I walked in. The service was good. I would recommend it.
My order was simple. 1 large hot black coffee.Order received: 1 lukewarm large black coffee.For those of you who also enjoy your coffee really hot, you understand this is a 1-star offense for sure.
Beat coffee shop in my area. The coffee and food are always great. Good prices. And awesome ppl. Can't got wrong with that.
This used to be the location we went to often, bypassing many other coffee shops. Recently there are some new employees or at least new faces to me. Unfortunately customer service has gone to the crapper. Drinks don't look or taste the same. Half filled frappucino. Cashier ringing up and making the drinks had to wait about 10 min. Sad sad sad, won't be back to this location EVER!!
Drive thru is horrible! This morning 11-11-2021 at 9:50 the drive thru lady was yapping away. I honked the horn to get her attention so she could take my order. I removed myself from the drive thru and so did the car behind me. My daughter went in to order, the drive thru lady was still chit chatting at the drive thru without caring about customers that wanted to order, they served the people that ordered after her first and took their sweet time to give my daughter her order, she asked them to heat up her cream cheese and they didn’t. This is one of the worst French press but is right by my house and that is the reason I came here. I will just have to keep driving to Puccinos’s in Harahan because they actually treat their customers with respect and care about customer service.
