very bad service.
I’m Twice I have come here at between 10:05 - 10:15, and NO ONE was available to wait on me. I stood there waiting for 10 minutes for someone to appear and nothing. Also, I bought a turtle from here last time I was at the mall and it was STALE! Y’all need to put a bell on the counter and keep fresh pastries!
Unorganized and unprofessional. The manager seems to be a bit of a micromanager. She runs the register and prepares the purchased items instead of utilizing the other 3 individuals that are present. I ordered popcorn and a candy apple from the young lady working the register. The manager interjected to say it would be a 3-5 minute wait, which was fine. She started popping the popcorn but then handed a bag of popcorn to another young lady then proceeded to take someone else’s order. Why not utilize the two other individuals? Have one person on each of the 2 registers and the other two people preparing orders. I reminded the manager that I was waiting on my popcorn and she yelled “it has to come out of the popper and once it does, I will give it to you”. She seemed overwhelmed but that’s what happens when you don’t train and delegate properly; you become frustrated and irate with the customer. She wasn’t worth a response bc my kid really wanted the popcorn but she’s not worth anyone’s business.
Great small ice cream place.
My wife and I purchased two waffle cones with ice cream here. My wife's waffle cone was burnt on one side and ice cream was freezer burnt. She told the young lady behind the counter and then she told the manager. Manger's response was that the waffle cone was close to being correct and she did not want to throw away the ice cream. So needless to say we payed from something my wife could not eat. Will not go there again and will let everyone we know of the poor service there. So much customer satisfaction.
