everyone was extremely rude and the lady made both orders completely wrong. when i asked her to remake it, she said no and it wasn’t her problem and told me i didn’t order it right. so i went back in to get it made right and they charged me extra for it to be fixed right. if i could give 0 stars or lower, i would.
This is the only Dunkin location that is nearby to where I live so this is why I comeBut just know if you have a problem with absolutely anything don’t expect them to solve it or fix it because the customer service here is unprofessional I was literally choking at the drive-through I was literally begging them for a cup of water and the guy did not give it to me he said “no I don’t have time go” I understand that they are not from America the people that run this location they are from India but they need to understand that here in America we don’t treat humans like that.Where I come from if somebody is choking you give them water.Other than that yes the donuts and everything is good but Customer service is so poor and I really wish that they can improve on their social skills they don’t have to treat people like animals this is not the first time something like this happen to me at this location… beware
I went there last night 6/21/22. Frozen espresso caramel with oatmilk & Blueberry muffin so delicious. Thank you for being open 24hrs with Great service across the board. I will return as well as refer many.
I ordered two dozen donuts in the app. Then go in to the pick up area where the official app says to go. However, the employee (in a rude way) says I have to get in line. After waiting in the long line, I tell them my name and they make my donuts right there. What’s the point of ordering online if I still have to do all this?? Honestly, the worst Dunkin’ Donuts. I miss the old one. Nicer people who works fast.
The service is horrible. No one seems to be in a hurry or care that there is a line. No one seems to know what's going on either. They NEVER get your order right the first time. I've tried ordering on the app, at the counter, and through the drive-thru. I always have to have them fix my order. They even argue with you when it's in writing on your confirmation in the app. This place is a total nightmare.
Lobby is not open and it's the middle of the day. Covid ended a while back. Time to open back up.
I didnt want to give this location a 1 star but this is the third time in a row I've come in with a walk in mobile order of just an iced coffee and gotten ignored. They would literally prioritize drive thru orders, take orders from walk ins and get them their food/drinks and still ignore the fact that I made the lady at the register aware of my name and mobile order. Please just stop doing mobile orders at this point if you don't pay attention to the pink receipts stacking up on the printer. Thanks (:
Donuts were very cold and dry. My family were all wanting some but when we called the guy that worked there said “yes it’s because we made them way later this afternoon”. When I pay almost $20 for 12 donuts just too be cold is not good.
Super nice dunkin. Got here around 4 am. No run around, nothing out of stock. Made drink and croissant quickly and both were excellent. Workers seemed happy to be there.
We came here to buy 4 dozen donuts and coffee for a meeting; the drive-through line was 20 cars deep! We decided to go in, as busy as everyone was, they took care of us with the donuts and 3 boxes of coffee within 10 minutes with a smile. I am impressed!
