This has to be one of the worst and most poorly run places I’ve ever been to. First of all, I ordered from what I thought was a different restaurant but ended up being a Dickey’s virtual brand. When I arrived, none of my food had even been started yet. They needed me to explain what I had ordered so they could begin cooking it. So here I am, an hour after my scheduled pickup time, waiting on mediocre food. Skip this place and do yourself a favor.Edit added a star back because the people who worked there were really kind. In no way should this review reflect upon the people that were working this evening. They were trying their best.
This was my $12 potato that I ordered with sour cream, spicy bbq sauce, extra meat and cheese. When I asked for the correct order they said that was their last potato and they didn’t have bbq sauce. Everything was dry and gross
Definitely giving this place a 10/10 simply because of the professionalism itself! Me and my family were dining in, when a KAREN came in and was extremely racist, taunting the restaurant goers and the staff. The staff was extremely professional, while this woman was very rude, and racist. Definitely made our dining experience much better. THANK YOU TO THE MANAGER AND STAFF AT THIS PLACE!
Menu prices don't match register prices. Cashier said he had told them and I wasn't the first to complain. Called corporate they said I wasn't first to complain. They told me to go back for refund sooner than later. Everyone was nice, but issue isn't addressed. Food satisfies the brisket need, but other places do the same.
Eff that place.Went there on a Monday and all they had for protein was brisket, pulled pork and ribs.14 bucks for a half pound of burnt end brisket which they threw in the fryer making it a quarter pound at best. Sub-standard technique at best.Management team was in a meeting in the dining room when I walked in obviously not managing.They were out of half their sides.Cashier was under-trained, poor sweaty guy trying to run the “kitchen” was training two people and obviously swamped.Not the Dickie’s I am used to in Dallas.Avoid.They won’t be there in a year.NOLA won’t stand for that gahbage.Seriously?Straight wrong.
So me and my wife went there today for lunch, which doesn't happen often. I do understand the short staff but what I don't understand the heavy set guy moved really slow, talked on his phone the whole time. The food was cold, used to be a good place to go. Going down hill really quick.
My 1st time there and for a good meal and some BBQ you can try this spot and when you dune in the BBQ sauce served hot and I like that!!!
Stopped by this afternoon for a quick lunch. This place is consistently good, fast and VERY friendly. I ate inside. The manager, Destiny, checked on me regularly and thanked me for coming in. They make it easy to spend my money there, and I always leave full! Thank you and your crew Destiny!
I ordered the brisket plate with potato salad and baked beans. The flavor of the brisket was good but 2 pieces were mostly fat. ? My sides were good and complemented the meat well. It was a great value. Service was fast and friendly too. I stop there sometimes on my way to the mall or whenever I have a taste for good barbeque.
Beyond disappointed! Of my 10 items ordered, 4 were completely missing... 1 other was the wrong item. 0 of 3 bought sauces were in the bag. The brisket was absolutely horrible. Literally 70% of it was inedible fat. Wish I could get a full refund but Uber usually fights it. Paid way too much for this terrible meal...Stay away.
