I tried calling my order in but after the man answered the phone, he asked me to hold. I was on hold for 10 minutes and by that time, I was there. I placed my order with the manager and the man that answered my call.I waited an average amount of time for my order.The price is fair, considering the economy is increasing ridiculously.It tasted good, I am pleased ?.This Denny's is located in Metairie, at the veterans Blvd exit.. on veterans Blvd.Yes you can dine in, carry out or place orders online.Handicap parking in front and Handicap stall in bathroom.You can build your own breakfast or place a order off menu. We came down from Galveston and our waiter Mario was great. Good service and great attitude. He even made my hubby a birthday pancake. He was great. Great service and good coffee.
The place was dead when I went with a friend for dinner around 7pm. I've been going to this location since I was a teenager. I got burger and fries and a shake. Food was absolutely delicious. I am ashamed to say this but I forgot our servers name but she definitely made our dinner experience incredibly enjoyable and I will go back just for her (ok ok! You got me.ill be going back for the cake batter shake too!)

We had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. Restaurant was near empty - Darnell was pleasant and very helpful. I really rated Darnell. He appeared to be the only one working. I presume it was the manager sitting about on her phone the entire time. Darnell was cleaning, serving guests, answering the phones while been watched by somebody glued to her cellphone for the entire 90mins we were there.Entree came out last and only when prompted. Lots of people who were in the waiting area despite the place been near empty left. The floors were also very dirty.Food was good but I would never go back. So many amazing food options in New Orleans and this was a waste of time.
The waiter was friendly professional and ready to please. The food was excellent the chef also did a phenomenal job. It was late, but they cared. We were very pleased.
pay attention to their customers. servers need to pay attention when the cook puts a plate out on the window. not let it set for 15 mins . don't be rude.
We stopped in late so they were not very busy it took 15 minutes to get seated in a nearly empty restaurant we then waited 25 minutes to order our drinks which they brought out one at a time and everything was wrong, it took another hour to get a server to take our order and then 45 minutes for the first plate to arrive. They brought out everyone's food one at a time and I never did get my order. Everyone's food was overcooked and cold and completely awful. Although our meal ended up being free and the manager was apologetic the whole experience was horrible. We had two children with us that couldn't even eat the pancakes because they were hard as rocks
This is the worst Dennys I've ever been to I first stood up front for ten plus minutes when I really shot of walked out but I was hungry and didn't feel like driving around finding another breakfast place. Had two people cut in front of me the staff doesn't even care they act like you're a problem and they all hate there job. Once I finally sat down the waiter took for ever and once I asked for my drink he just dropped it off not coming back to see or stay to see if it was correct witch it wasn't. Finally had to get up to get what I wanted. Then finally returned for my order once my order came missing half of my food had to go on a hunt once again for the rest of my food. What ever happened to customer service??? Worst place ever!!!
