I placed my order almost 2 hours before arriving. Had to wait for 30 minutes, only for them to say they were out of a cookie I ordered and they only had half of another flavor. My order couldn’t be canceled because it was “in process”. So I paid $35 and took a 45 minute trip for cookies that we didn’t even really want by the time everything was done with. ?
This place looks like its staffed with teenagers and that's the energy of the place.The service was kinda on the meidocre side of things. Everyone is so busy making the actual cookies that people rarely pay attention to the customers. This was worsened when the staff began engaing in their own personal conversations. The poor people picking up their Door Dash orders were waiting longer than they needed to be.One of the ordering kiosks was on the fritz and you'd think someome would man the front cashier desk,but I guess the place has staffing issues. The trash was overflowing and the place was a hectic mess.The cookies were just Ok. One was clearly too doughy and undercooked boderline raw,but still edible. Also none of the cookies that were supposed to be warm were. This place seems to do good,but inconsistent work and looking at the other reviews that was the same experience we had.The service just isn't that great and the cookies aren't anything to write home aboutIf this place looks busy avoid it.
I finally made it to Crumbl. I had no idea what to expect upon entering, but the cashier was very welcoming and helpful. I love that the menu changes every week, but that means I’ll need to buy more of certain cookies because who knows when they’ll be back on the menu. I ordered a box of 6 cookies: Pink Velvet Cupcake, Lemon Glaze, Hazelnut Mudslide, Mango Yogurt and 2 Chocolate Chip. A minute or so later, my name was called and I received my box of warm cookies! Everything single cookie was amazing! The chocolate chip cookie is always on the menu…yay because it was the best chocolate chip cookie I’ve ever had. Crumble Cookies is going to get me in a lot of trouble lol! I can’t wait to return!!
These cookies are amazing and the staff is first class! I can always count on going into the store to get huge, warm cookies. I love that I can get one, a box of four or even 5 dozen if needed and the wait isn’t very long. The hours are great especially for late night, spontaneous outings. And they deliver! How perfect is that?!?!?!
I’ve had Crumbl cookies from Metairie a handful of times now. Singles, 4 and 6 packs. Only issue with the actual cookies is a couple from a purchase have been gooey on the bottom, like they needed 1-2 more minutes baking. Always neat and in order in the boxes. Tonight was my first time going inside the store and it was clean and staff was hustling and tending to customers. Hazelnut filling was my fave to date, with carrot cake a close second. I recommend trying Crumbl.
Cookies were just okay. What astonished me is that the person behind the counter flipped the payment screen around and asked if I wanted to leave a tip and the minimum suggested amount was 25% of the bill. I believe that is a fair amount for a server in a restaurant, but when did it start to be expected that we tip the person in a bakery 25% of the price of baked goods for putting them in a box and handing them to you? Given how overpriced these cookies are I think you should pay the employees appropriately and nix the inappropriate suggestions of tips.
I wish I had better photos, but once I got a small taste of how delicious these were I couldn’t stop myself from biting every single one!!Do yourself a favor a go now! Seriously, the cookies are that good!It should be a sin how close I live to this amazing heaven sent shop!
Experience was horrible for first time I came here to visit and was told I couldn't get extra honey on my cookie. I feel that if we are paying quality money for our cookies then we should be able to modify if possible. Presentation is ok but over all customer service was below par and I was unsatisfied with Trevor specifically. Everyone here has attitudes eyeball you and it's over crowded. I would go some where else if you ever wanna visit
I love these cookies! The rotating menu is very exciting. They’re all very big and can easily share a 4 pack with a few people. Their chocolate chip cookie is divine.
These are my absolute favorite cookies!!! My friends and I get then weekly to try and share. I love that the flavor line up changes every week!! Highly recommend!
