40min. In line unbelievable! Never again. Don't ever put two sauce packs inside a carton of fries. There's only room for 4 fries when this is done!
The mobile order is a joke. You can not order lunch before 10:30 am, so I ordered breakfast instead at 10:20 am. I got there at 10:40 and they canceled my order, because I was supposed to get there before 10:30 to get breakfast. I talked to 2 clueless employees and a manager. And the manager explained that they start cooking your meal then you check in. Weird. Waste of my time. I ordered inside from a lunch menu and waited 15 minutes for my food to be ready. I wasted 35 minutes in total. I ordered peach milkshake and the cup had a little hole in the bottom, made a mess in my car. Overall a bad experience.
So I went to this restaurant several times and this particular lady who gives out the food was very rude when I told the man at the register he said that is her nature so I decided to go thru drive thru and orders 2 sweet large sweet teas and 2 hash browns get to work and gets unsweetened tea so I called them man took all my information and said should get a email and something in the mail that was about two going on 3 weeks very unsatisfied customer
never once got my order completely correct. i went three times, all wrong then started going to the one in kenner and everything was perfect. went back to this for benefit of the doubt and order was incorrect again
This Chick-Fil-a struggles to implement the model structure of customer service! I really which it could learn from the neighboring franchises in Baton Rouge. Love
Drive thru line was long and moved fast. We placed our order, received our proper order, with hot fresh food and on our way in about 15 minutes or less. Hats off for the crew.

I got here 30 mins before breakfast ended, I placed my order on my phone and waited in line in the drive thru. I’m watching the time tick down until about 5 mins before I need to talk to someone to confirm it before breakfast ends. Clearly they are very busy but what got me as they took the two cars order in front of me, they walk away and start talking for over 10 minutes. They could’ve confirmed my order to make sure I got it in time… I politely waived several times and they just flat out ignored me. I understand being busy, but all I wanted was someone to confirm I was here.
Worst chick fil a I ever went to, I was in the drive thru line for 30 minutes. The people taking the orders were playing around and on top of that I didn’t get a straw.
Always polite, quick, and food is consistent. One of the very few "fast food" places that you can get gluten free meals. I always get the grilled chicken club sandwich and ask for a GF bun and all of their fries are GF because fried in a separate fryer. You can also ask to make sure they change their gloves if you are super sensitive!
