If I could give this business a - star rating I would. Most chick fil as I have been to have amazing food and service to go with it. However I have noticed since the new operator got there, the quality has hit a bottom low. The food is always cold and soggy, the workers clearly look unhappy to be there, and the service shows. There is no smile, no positivity, just slow robots behind a counter. Knowing previous employees under Mrs Hannah’s “reign” has confirmed that she is a horrible operator and should not be representing the chick fil a brand. A true shame. I would not recommend eating here nor working here. Unless unhappiness and an unsatisfied appetite is your goal.
This is the worst Chick-fil-A located in the New Orleans metro area. The new operator Hannah Bergeron doesn’t care about her employees or guests. Sweet Tea is too sweet. You ask for a 1/2 & 1/2 tea you get all unsweetened. You have to wait 20-30 mins for your mobile order to be prepared. They don’t temp your chicken when it comes out. You have to wait for a hot sandwich but receive soggy fries. Managers are all rude. Employees aren’t trained correctly to follow recipe procedures. They also serve you expired prep items so your fruit is mushy or moldy bleu cheese in your market salad. If you are looking for a Chick-fil-A in this area it’s best to skip lakeside mall and go to the one on veterans. This location hasn’t been great since Lauren Nelson moved the previous operator!
The cashier Joyce Kokemor is so rude no customer service skills at all. No hi just can I take your order in a rude way. No smile No nothing very rude. I would give her no stars but you cant

A long line, but the food was worth the wait. It was delicious!

Chik Fil A is top tier of fast food joints. Only getting 4 stars for still being fast food & the fact that the corporation is a cult.
