Michele was wonderful today! She was very helpful to my husband and myself. She went above her duties to help! The rest of the staff was very rude and very, very unaccomodating!! When asked for a little help they said NO and went about their business. Icing on the cake came with them not even making our burgers correctly! If I could have taken my tip back and given it just to Michele, I would have!
Buds is Awesome, especially if you get that hickory sauce!Their is also Bens Broiler that use to be a buds franchise. Then decided to do their own thing, but be like Bud’s…taste like prison food! Even their hickory sauce is nasty! Their food is all NASTY!Nothing like Bud’s broiler in America though…if you want a great burger, go for Buds Broiler and add that hickory sauce!!!! YUM!
Employees were great. But its Buds Broiler if your expecting some crazy burger wrong place to eat. The burger is a tad bit better than a Wendy's burger..lol good place for a quick bite.
This Bud's Broiler is maintained and clean. Food is the usual Bud's and that's why we go there. The lady taking orders and working the register was delightful and I made sure to tell her so.?
Nothing beats a good Ol New Orleans Buds Broiler burger. My favorite is #6 with onions, sauce and extra cheese. Since a friend has the virus ( but can taste) that is all they were craving. So I stopped by the one on causeway yesterday. My order 2 #6 (see above) to fry. Please put one burger and 1 fry in a bag and the other in the other. I even explained THE WHY behind my request. And it was in person as well. It wasn’t crowded but started to be as I patiently waited chewing on ice. BUDs has that good ice. After 20minutes got the bags- they had the 2 COLD fries in one and the 2 burgers in another. Once I dropped it off, about 5 mini minutes from the location. My friend text me that there was barely any sauce & cheese, and of course noted the cold fries. I agreed when I got home and tried to enjoy mine. $20 for 2 cold burgers and fries is crazy. It will be awhile before I return to that location. I did enjoy the ice- I just wish my fries didn’t match it.
Reason for the 1 star is the way your staff spoke to us, I understand times change for closing but on the window it said 9 pm. When walking in we were met with yelling and telling us we are closed. Not in a nice way more in a disgusting voice. Walking in with my wife and 3 small kids. The way we were spoken to was not professional. Especially when we have small kids. Buds is great food but staff, not so much. I know my review won't mean much but this is a disappointment on how we treat each other.
I enjoy going there with my brother, but I ordered a hotdog with chilli and cheese. I bit into it and my hotdog didn't touch the grill! It was really cold!It was busy, but not too busy for a cold hotdog!
I love this place! Juicy hamburgers, delicious wings and great customer service ! The food is fresh, hot and so damn good!
waited 27 mins for 10 PCs wings and a number 4 w grilled onions (special)..wings were cooked so long they were too hard to eat and no grilled onions on my sandwich..don't eat onions unless grilled so i had to pick them off.after 20 mins i told them my lunch was over i had to go they jus said oh well you already ordered so you can wait..(WTH)..when handed my drink which was halfway full i asked can they fill it n was told not sure if they do refill.it wasn't a refill,that's how it was given to me
#7 light chilli with cheese fries just melted in my mouth, food was great
