Staff is extremely rude and sometimes wanna fight the customer done complaining

the food and service was absolutely fantastic. if you ate ever in Metairie on veterans Blvd stop in and try them out. u won't be disappointed
The service was amazing, our waitress Tori was so sweet! She went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. Even the manager came out to check on us.The food was just OK, though. Next time I'd stick to the seafood, the steak was a bit thin for its price. I loved that they had collard greens on the menu and I loved their drinks.
This is definitely not the place you want to visit if you’re looking for southern hospitality or great food. The bartender took over 25 mins from the time we ordered drinks to have them ready for our server to bring them to us. Then one of the cocktail had flat soda which made the drink taste terrible and had to be sent back. The next drink (replacement different drink) to come out was 15 mins later!The server was decent, however I had a particularly bad experience with one of the managers (Julie). She didn't do a good job ensuring everything was corrected with my order, when I had a complaint about the bread coming out cold on the po-boy I ordered; she got an attitude and told me that was impossible, even though they don’t heat the bread up before it’s served. This is my second time trying this restaurant and I will not elect to come back!If you’ll be on Veteran’s Blvd, I highly recommend Dons Seafood as the food and service is substantially better.This is a local review.
It was a good time. Food and drinks were gooood!!! Our waitress Alexi took great care of us!!!! We always enjoy our time at this restaurant!!
Took my grandma here for a late Mother’s Day lunch & the food was amazing most of all the service was excellent! Alexus was the best server we’ve ever had, she was very attentive & professional even while training another server. We didn’t have to ask for anything & her charisma & personality was warm & welcoming! We will be returning to see Alexus!
Alexus was extremely attentive , she never stopped checking up on us . Super great listening skills . Made sure that everyone had there meals out correctly . She makes your company exceptional amongst all competitors.
Our waiter, Alexus, provided excellent service. Our cups never went empty, food didn’t take long, and she had a very pleasant attitude. I’ve been here several times before, and I’ll continue to come back because the food and service is top tier!
The food was good. Service was excellent. Our server Alexus was wonderful and very attentive. Always greeted us with a smile. Would go back just to have her be our waitress?
