FOOD IS USUALLY GOOD. I WENT A FEW TIMES ON MY LUNCH. THEY TAKE A LONG TIME TO PREPARE THE FOOD. MY PROBLEM CAME IN WHEN I TRYING TO PLACE AN ORDER TO PICK UP 45 MINS BEFORE CLOSING. I CALLED AND WAS PUT ON HOLD AND THEY NEVER CAME BACK. I KEPT CALLING MULTIPLE TIMES AND THEY STOPPED ANSWERING. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST ANSWERED AND SAID THEY WERE NOT TAKING MORE ORDERS IF THAT WAS THE CASE.
Bad service on a take out order placed at the location after she saw I offered a 2.00 tip. Was informed my roast beef sandwich and onion rings might take 20 minutes. 38 minutes later I inquired on my order. She did things at the register, answered the phone and other things then went to the kitchen. When she returned not a word said not thank you for my tip that I didn't deserve, sorry your order took twice as long as expected or please come again. Oh and no eye contact, as my order is dropped at counter as she flys by me. Thanks Amanda

Great food, incomptent staff. Ordered lunch 30 minutes before lunch, get there and have to wait another 30 minutes. We ordered ahead of time to have the food ready for our lunch break and two out of three times I had wait for nothing and ask for a refund.If your on a scheduled lunch don't bother, if your have 3 hours to waste, by all means best poboys around
I had only been there once in the many yrs I've lived in Metairie. A shame right!!! Delicious roast beef poboy. The roast tasted like my grandmother cooked it.....and the bread....omg...completed the sandwich....I have been back twice since....
Came in from out of town. Google said these po boys were the best! Loved my roast beef! Serving sizes were generous, prices were good, and I left very well fed!
My favorite poboy place for 22 years. Used to visit the Covington one. Bread is just right. Plenty portion.

We had the roast beef poboy and the cheeseburger poboy. I grew up in New Orleans on roast beef poboys and this is the real deal. It was delicious. The cheeseburger wasn’t that great I wouldn’t recommend it ,but you can’t go with the roast beef. The onion rings were pretty good also. The poboy is a little high at $14.50 but it’s good. LETSGOBRANDON.
