Hit the late nite drive thru last night. They had a long line, but it moved quickly! The employees were friendly,courteous and professional. The chocolate shakes were delicious! We will definitely return for more desserts. Thank you Baskin Robbins!!

Workers r RUDE, DUMB, LAZY to Open Lobby, & Just TERRIBLE at Customer service in General. Waited 40mins in Drive thru cause they REFUSE to Open Lobby!!!!ASK DUMB QUESTIONS. Don't give total at Speaker.Just Plain PATHETIC
I just left there and received some of the worse service from the guy in the drive through that argued with me that I ordered a Matcha Latte, when I ordered a large non fat ice Latte.I explained to him that I don't even know what Matcha is, so I couldn't have said that, and he consistently argued.The end result, I lost my money, I let him keep the drink, and will never return.
My cappuccino blast with oreos was awesome. Small wait and customers service rushed due to wait.

After having a terrible experience at the Baskin Robbins on Williams we decided to go to this location on Vets. It was super busy and for good reason. This place was running like a well oiled machine. Almost as organized as Chick fil-A. It was clean, the staff was friendly and the ice cream was well stocked. From now on we will only go to this BR on Veterans even though we live much closer to the one on Williams. Great job to whomever is running this establishment.
This is a Dunkin' Donuts that also sells Baskin Robbins ice cream. Service is absolutely terrible. The drive through was very backed up and moving very slowly. When we got to the speaker, it was easy to see why. The person taking the orders just wasn't able to get it right. We had a very simple order - two standard menu iced coffees and a bagel with butter and cream cheese. It took several attempts for her to get our order right - again, these were straight off the menu. Nothing weird, extra or special. We got up to the window and it still wasn't right. Had to repeat the order several more times to her and another woman so, despite the lengthy wait in line, they didn't start the order until we were at the pick up window. They gave us our coffees and said "have a nice day". What about the bagel, because you charged us for it. So we had to wait several more minutes for them to fix the bagel, which wound up being plain with butter only. They appeared to be well staffed, so no idea what the problem was. Absolutely ridiculous. And yes, I have worked fast food and drive through.
