Absolutely wonderful service. I was blown away by how amazing this baskin robbins location was. I felt like a celebrity for how well I was treated. I will come back every day. I am in love with this ince cream plae.
DO NOOOTTT get the Polar Pizza ????!!! Literally the worst cookie cake I've ever had in my life. The cookie itself tasted so fake and didn't even taste like a cookie. The best part was the ice cream and toppings and we all just ate that instead.
I ordered ice cream in a waffle cone bowl. When I got it, the waffle cone bowl was rubbery & when I brought it to the employee's attention, she just offered me a cup. How do you offer someone a cup and nothing else when I paid for a stale cone too? Will not be back to this location. I have never received a stale cone or bowl. The service and products are subpar at this location.
Ice cream too soft
Shady. My fiance's kids are in town, and they wanted ice cream last night. I ordered through a delivery app because we weren't able to get out there with the car. I've ordered online before from a different location with no problems. I know that the app is going to cost me more, that's fine, but after I had ordered, I got a notification that the manager had adjusted the price because of requested add ons. The app already charged for toppings. It already charges MORE than they do in store. So I was already paying extra. It was too late to cancel so I was stuck paying 60 dollars for ice cream for four people. Four double scoops. No insane amounts of toppings. No fancy cakes or anything. The retail price was about 27 dollars. I get that there is a delivery fee and all that. But 60 dollars is absurd and absolutely messed up. I've ordered BR before - the same order - and I've never had this happen. I've never had the price changed after ordering. I was already paying more.

I cannot say enough good things about the ice cream cake I ordered last weekend. The girl that makes the cakes always does such a great job! I've gotten several cakes from this location in the past and myself and my family members are blown away by her work! I wish I knew her name so I can send others to have cakes done by her! She clearly loves her job and puts pride in her work. Girl probably needs a raise for all her hard work and phenomenal skills! **Cake girl at this Baskin Robbins location, if you're reading this, I appreciate your work!!!-Polly
