Totally understand staffing shortage. But overall customer service was great. Just wait time is too long. Food was good
If I could give zero stars, I would. Seeing as everyone has bad days, I’ve given this location multiple chances, but every time it’s something. This most recent visit, I gave my name for a to go order, only to be told they were out of stuff to complete the order AFTER I had waited for over 20 minutes after giving my name for them to even look at the order, all while watching others come & go. The lack of organization & communication is unreal, & this is not from just one single visit.
I went there to try their new hamburger. I just have 3 words about it. Don't do it! I was totally disappointed. It was dry as the desert. If not for the cherry turnover and the awesome drink the experience would have been a total lost. Now the service was first cabin it was the burger that was in the nose bleed section. They have the meats but not the burger... The four stars are for the service the desert and the drink.
Had not been in a while to this location. Roast beef tasted just as I remember. Love the horsey sauce and curly fries. Has many options I didn't know about. Will have to return to try some of those.
The roast beef with cheese was better than expected. I went thru the drive in window. The fries were very very good.
I love Arby's! I just wish they would bring back their normal hours again. Closing at 7 pm makes it nearly impossible for those who would like to grab a bite after work.
This Arby's Pecan Chicken ? Sandwich ? was a little dry and needed more Mayonnaise to make the chicken ? stay in the sandwich ?. The Westbank location is the Best ? ? ?
It's Arby's. What can I say? I'm rarely in that vicinity but like their stuff and go there when I can. Trash cans were overflowing and no ice in the soda fountain (but they brought me some). Clean, quick and pleasant staff
"Fast and Furious" service, as the old saying goes, is how this Arby's drive through went. The food was hot and delicious; and the value received for the money paid was equitable.We asked for horsey sauce and at first they loaded us up with a type of cranberry sauce for the Reuben. However, when we asked for Horsey sauce before driving off, they happily corrected the sauces. Therefore, it's still a 5 star rating! Thank you Arby's!!!!
Online it said the store was open, it was seven p.m. The lights were all on, two other cars ahead of me in the drive thru. After an eight minute wait we all drove away. As I left, an employee was standing by the back door smoking something. As the other customers were leaving he said " We're closed. " I said at least turn the lights off. His reply was, as he continued smoking whatever ," I'm working on it. " Whatever he was smoking smelled better than the food.
