Sat down in the booth and the waitress asked about Appetizers. I said no thanks, but I will order a nice drink while I wait. After a while waiting, she came back with WATER!!TAP WATER at that!! REALLY⁉️ TAP WATER⁉️The bartender didn't fix my drink until about 30mins after ordering. I stopped going to Applebee's a long time ago for what reason, I can't remember. Different location than the WATER issue. I decided to try again but Apparently...Applebee's is just not for me. Especially the METAIRIE location with the TAP WATER which I didn't even ask for ❗️❗️❗️
Evening out with grandkids. They loved it. ❤️My grandson (8) that never eats anything.... Devoured his rib plate.???
The service was great. The server was very nice and took her time with us. The drink mechanic was broke so all they had was lemonade. So I had to go Cross the street and spend $17 on bottle drink. The food wasn't all that good. But the server was nice.
I ordered an Oriental salad. The lettuce was brown and had bad spots on it. I was so afraid I was going to get food poisoning. The restaurant had 4 tables with people including mine.I tried removing the brown lettuce, but then I was scared that other items in the salad were not fresh as well like the chicken.I vow never to go back ever again.I will spread the word to family and friends as well.
Bourbon Street Chicken was excellent. Grandson loved the Oreo shake and my husband finished all of the 4 cheese mac and cheese with the honey chicken which is unusual for him! Service was great!
We were celebrating my grandson graduation and believe or not service was not good, we received our food ask for French fries,for two,one receive mash potatoes,my granddaughter didn't receive fries and wrong chicken and we all had eaten and my grandson the graduation son didn't receive his food at all, my husband came home and couldn't not receive his tickets to top gun movie,poor service, served us our saucers touching her shirt if a lady ask for a beer I would please to have a glass to go with it,I don't know if they all was new are just could not get it together, I love Applebees Grill +Bar I will not be back
Really ruse guy at the door. We called ahead and asked for a reservation so we didn't have to wait, we got there and the guy at the door said it was a 15 minute wait and he was extremely rude. I understand there is a shortage of worker but his behavior was inexcusable.
Asked for a fruit punch from bar. Was told no. Then was told I would be charged for each juice used to make drink.Lift there went to Bobby Hebert's and got same drink no problem. Mrg was so determine to say no to me. That she would not listen to my question. So we left.
Short staffed so it took longer to be seated. They had notes letting you know that before you checked in. The food was good and the service was as well
One of the worst restaurants! Food isn't as good as is used to be! And the restroom are a nightmare, so dirty and stinky , the toilets completely full and the water from the toilet on the floor, so so so nasty! Not going back there
