OH. MY. GOSH. This is the best brownie I have ever tasted in my whole life. I’m not much of a brownie person. I’d rather have cake or cookies. Angelo’s brownie has turned me into a brownie person. It’s got this creamy inside with a thin, perfectly baked crust…. ? I happened to pick one up on the way home from jazz fest and I’m just eating it now completely sober. If anything I’m a little high on brownie right now. ?

This Italian bakery has excellent breads, cookies, and treats. They do an excellent job with holiday desserts! They so supply area restaurants with the best bread around!
I normally don’t take the time to write reviews but felt compelled to do so. I called Angelo’s looking for a coconut pie. They didn’t have one but offered to make me a coconut cake and said I could pick it up in an hour and a half. It was the best coconut cake I’ve ever had. Had a layer of raspberry and pineapple. My friends went crazy over it...even the ones who don’t like coconut! Would highly recommend.
We ordered a filled king cake, first one we’ve had this year! It was fantastic, filled exactly right, a lot of filling and filled evenly- not too much in one spot and not enough in others!!
I placed a last minute order for an 8 inch cake for my daughter’s birthday. I was told to come in the following day at 9 am and the cake will be ready by 1 pm. I received a text that the cake was ready at 11:45 am. The cake was exactly what I ordered! The service was great, the cake was delicious!! I got turned down by literally every bakery in the Metairie area. Angelos was a life saver!!

OMGosh Chantilly King Cake as seen on News with a Twist! Had them make me a Filled King Cake custom with cream cheese and praline! So good! You could tell it was made in a family run bakery - not mass produced. Will be back for their other baked goods!
