Ordered hamburger 1/4 lb. Without mayo got nothing but mayo and no lettuce and tomatoes. Got large frosty. It was nothing but liquid. I got very sick from this food. Had hurt stomach and diarrhea for three days.
Was very dissatisfied with what was supposed to be a great baconnator sandwich!! A little piece of bacon, really! Dont believe the menu pics! I should've read reviews before coming here. Never again, I'll make my own before coming to get a sub par burger!
The food is good , I love the breakfast items.But when it's busy don't go there hungry, be prepared to wait.
Sadly a bad experience. I order the same breakfast every morning, honey butter chicken biscuit. But today it had some spicy sauce I'm not familiar with. I've called several times to address the situation but of course no answer.
Line moves slow, and ice cream machine was broken as per usual. But I mean what would you expect. The workers are underpaid and it's a demanding job regardless of what people may think, there isn't much incentive to do a good job.
I got off of work late. Searched Google for this location for the hours. Which read that it closed at midnight. I thought great. It's only 10:15 pm I have an hour and 45 minutes. I headed straight over there, since I don't want to be the person that shows up 10 minutesbefore closing and delays the staff from getting off on time. We'll I pulled up at 10:20 pm and saw all of the lights on. Pulled up to the order screen and sat there for about 2 minutes. I proceeded to say "hello" a few times. After no response I drove off and went down the street to Rasing Canes which was wide open and I was greeted with a smile. Not sure what is going on with some of these franchise fast food establishments, but for your customers sake something has got to change
The food was fresh and hot. The drive-thru line was long when I got in it but it moved very fast. I was totally shocked yit took about 4-5 minutes for everything. Line, ordering, paying and receiving! Try it! I hope you love ❤️ it!!
Always consistent food, fast drive-thru drive-thru.
The fries say guaranteed hot and crispy.It should say wet and soggy.The Dave's double was so cold the cheese was just sitting on the meat not melted.STOP HIRING KIDS THEY CAN'T COOK.Pay for quality help,drive thru sometimes and see what they serving your customers.I tried to post a picture to show you what they serving it didn't post the picture.If you get quality help you would make ten times the money.
