Location is always closed at at 9:30 when I go. Either the door is locked or soon as I walk in the cashier yells “we’re closed”.
We got their wings for our employee appreciation week. And their wings seem and taste like whoever cook them, we’re rushing to get out the way. The chicken had no seasoning . And the sauces are ok. They were so much better when they were just a food truck. Maybe now they only care more about the money , rather than quantity. I get that money make things move, but what’s the point of changing what made them special at first . If you’re not a local, maybe this is for you. But as a local myself, Hooters chicken taste better , and that’s insulting ??♀️ but facts
My food was extremely cold and hard!! My Fries was burnt, I didn’t know I ordered fries well done. It was horrible for a first experience, however I didn’t complain because I wanted to support BOB ! Probably wouldn’t never come again, I want a refund.
Not the same quality of taste I'm used to having here. Wings were dry and I could barely taste the lemon pepper.
Our hotel is minutes from the restaurant and we door dashed our food, it didn’t take them long; so we are wondering why our food is room temperature. My Wuzzam wings weren’t seasoned throughout, I had plain hot wings on the bottom. The wings needed to be cooked longer. My ranch fries were soggy. I didn’t even eat all my food. We don’t come to New Orleans everyday; I wanted some great food, and so far I’ve been very disappointed.
the food is amazing, the fried chicken is the best I have ever eaten and the restaurant is clean . wish we had one back home I would be a regular!
Just bought a 12p wings. Love them flavor is awesome, I'd come back.
My girl be hit or miss with it. Sometimes her flavors are on point other times you can't tell what flavor you're eating. She has soft ice, quick service, good customer service I just want consistent flavoring on the snowballs.
Loved the wings!! We had the wuzzam(? pronounced like what's happening jumbled together lol) flavor. Perfectly spicy and tangy and I liked how they sprinkled seasoning on top. The fries were really good too. Make sure that they aren't boring and add some toppings! There are two daiquiri options at this location.It's hardly ever busy, which I like, and the server was a complete sweetheart. Going back for sure.
