The worst Taco Bell on the westbank. Even worst than Manhattan Taco Bell. They let 8+ cars sit in the drive thru for 25+ minutes just to come out and tell everyone they were closed. Closed 3 full hours before they were supposed to close. I know you won’t lose business but I’m never coming back here ever again. The guys telling everyone they were closed were rude as hell for no reason.
They normally make everything right but the driver thru is always backed up! I can literally drive to the Manhattan one and make it back home faster than the 30min- an hour long wait at this one
What's the purpose of ordering online if I have to go thru the drive thru and wait in a long line to pickup my food and by the time I get it it's cold?
Bruh if i could give 0 stars i would this taco bell never has the lobby open i made my order about to leave for work get there and i cant go get my food cuz the lobby is closed.......then an employee is like go through the drive thru......im not about to do that bro i door dash my order so i can skip this long a$$ line..... now im not mad at the employee im mad at the management because if this place was managed well they would be on their game but im not tripping im just venting here.....yo @owner dude you need to fix your issues here homie i see people are hella unsatisfied
It was a quick lunch run very quick drive thru service, cashier was personable, food was fresh dont like that they pile everything in one bag though.
Food was okay but I sat in the drive thru for literally 45 min to get a mobile order I did at home. The counter is closed you have to sit in drive thru. I regret ordering. I always saw the line from the road when I drove by in the past as too long, and didn't know I couldn't go inside to pick up. If you don't have enough staff why stay open? Or why not open the lobby to mobile order pick ups?
Waited a long time at the drive thu. When I eventually got my meal they forgot my drink. Considering that I spent the majority of my hour lunch waiting for my food I hesitantly drove off and forgot to check for it. I will most likely not return to this location.

Worse Taco Bell I have ever been to in my entire life. The 2 employees who answered at the drive thru were completely rude… absolutely disgusting attitudes. Will never go back to this location again. And would advise everyone to stay far away.
The worst!! You can't even look at the menu before ordering. They're trying to be like Chick fi la but failing miserably. Pretty horrible quality even for fast food.
