Am giving y'all a 1 star for today!Because it just was a cake pop for my 3-year-old son and the The barista just Threw it on the counter like it was trash omg! I ask the driver thur person why did he/ she do that! I order 3 other pink drinks! I expect better from Starbucks when it comes to service. ?
No cup larger than grande when I went yesterday.l. I have 4 or 5 cold drinks I like. Unfortunately, they're never made the same way twice. Also, I've been trying to find at least one go-to hot drink but haven't found one I like yet. Wish they had dark chocolate and banana flavors.
I love Starbucks but this location in Marrero needs to organize the drive-thru line. People are trying to get in line from different ways & sometimes the line is in the highway.Please make a sign telling people to stay to the Left & not try to cross over from the Right! Geez, self explanatory!

It was a fine experience, but I was disappointed they didn't have a dark chocolate mocha as advertised on the app. The issue became that the server had no idea what I was talking about when I asked if they had the item.
This Starbucks has a barista where you will pick up your drinks managing the orders but she seems like she hurts the process more than anything else.
