Services is fast but food is very salty crew can be very pushy but I can say food is never cold
I love them. I also love that they're service animal friendly. I found here in Louisiana not a lot of places are they're breaking the law and taking people's civil rights and stomping on them but I will say that Cane's listen good eating
Customer service is good. But my main suggest is that you guys need to save paper and start emailing receipts of your customer (s) purchases via their email because we're in a situation where shortage is main concern. And with that, COVID, weather conditions, and delivery times differ. We want to avoid delays and save as much energy, the environment, and trees. We need to stop wasting plastic bags. WE NEED TO GO GREEN!!
Whoever is cooking today 2-9-22 doesn’t know how to prepare chicken at all, if it wasn’t for the canes sauce I wouldn’t have been able to eat my food,I also offered a plain tender to my dog he refused it! Also the fries aren’t seasoned not a bit.. the pricing is also very high, $7 for a sandwich without a combo? What… I wouldn’t recommend a visit!
Went through drive thru. Lots of cars but move fast. Great customer service.

Use to love coming here when they 1st opened, .. Their prices have skyrocketed horrendously! Ridiculous! $10 for 3 chicken tender combo, Their fries are sometimes heat lamped or cold, plus their chicken tenders look like nuggets. Not worth the price whatsoever
I went on January 11 2022 at 8:00 pm asked for extra crispy chicken it was wet and soggy dripping with grease the fries was the same way the bag was even full of grease.This location is horrible drive to another location these mangers don't care about the customers.The owner needs to drive thru randomly and see what they doing your customers.
