Line was actuality good. Food was so good and fresh! I love buttery biscuits and these were it! Customer service was good too.
Lady at drive thru was very pleasant but I was obviously given old chicken
Although the indoor dinning area is closed due to covid, the staff was very friendly and completed my order in a very timely manner. I do recommend this restaurant to others seeing as i have gone to it before and never had and issues obtaining good food.
I got a raw chicken sandwich and regular after I asked for spicy this place has gone down hill I don't know what's going on!
Worst Popeyes by far too many things to list take a chance if you want but I don't not recommend this place
They are always packed but I wait in line just to be told they only have limited items, or worse yet they are closing!!! Happened at Lapalco, Lafayette and Barataria!!! Their food is not that good for all that mess.
The woman at the drive through was condescending, curt, and impatient with us.The food was good and the order came as expected but I’m surprised how rude she was.
They really need to keep lobby open for food delivery drivers. 40 minutes in drive thru to pick up an order for a customer is ridiculous. At least the Popeye's on Lapalco Blvd keeps the lobby open.
