I wish that reviews based on outside delivery services weren't allowed. I placed an order online. Went to pick it up. Pizza was wonderful. Stuffed crust, it was crispy on the bottom, toppings spreadout, came out smelling and looking wonderful. It was my husband's birthday pizza so I didn't eat a slice on the way home.Shoutout to the crew working 4/28, between 4-4:30pm.

The service was excellent! And also the pizza and the wings were ready when I got there...it was also hot and ready to eat. Anything we can do to save paper will help reduce the amount of trash going into landfills, and it will also reduce energy use and pollution associated with manufacturing, transporting, and recycling new paper products. So, from now on send the customer order receipts to that customer (s) email, please!!!
Came to pick up order tonight and cashier was outside with other workers. Came in did not wash her hands and started cutting my pizza. Did not leave tip.
Terrible service. I ordered at 536pm and 830 they said my order just left to be delivered. At 950 it still hadn’t arrived. I went to their storeI was given many excuses that placed blame on me. They should’ve just apologized and had my food but they did neither.
If you are using door dash to make deliveries than there shouldn’t be the option of paying with cash. And when the person delivers the food they need to know where they are going. It took my food extra long because the person that was delivering had no idea where my house was
I placed my order at 4:40pm, it is now 6:00pm and I still have not received my food. This happens every time I order from pizza hut. When you are told 40-50 minutes for delivery and it takes double the time, there should be compensation. I will no longer be ordering from pizza hut.
They seemed to be stretched a bit thin, but they were managing. The food was good, prepared accurately which is very important to me.
Hire your own delivery drivers. Apparently you contract Door Dash and it literally takes an hour for delivery after I've already waited an hour for the pizza to be made.
Order was lukewarm and sauce was barely noticeable, so pizza was especially dry in the middle. Cheese sticks were also lukewarm and not very much cheese. I was really looking forward to this order after all the hype - but it fell flat, especially for the price! ?
