I had the taste for this pizza with the stuff crust and started on the search for Papa John's pizza and ordered 2 of them and the woman who made it name was Bre. It was well worth the price and the time for her to make and bake it. I'm going back again since the deal is still on. Please leave Bre a tipThanks for Papa John's
Pizza delivered with open sauce all over it I called and was told it would be remade but I have to wait another 35-40 minutes this is ridiculous and bad customer service
Had a big problem before. Talked w a manager and tried them again. Pizza was good and the manager was very nice
Ordered delivery that was supposed to be 15-25 minutes. After 50 minutes of waiting I called. My order was just sitting there. They set it for pickup and couldn’t deliver it. So sad. I canceled the order because it couldn’t be delivered and the poor lack of explanation & customer service on the phone was just enough to not ever order from there again.
Thank you Tammy ! The driver we got was so nice, I accidentally opened the door at the same time the driver was outside. They were really nice and I complemented their mask which was the rainbow mask so they gave me in the photo. It was raining but they ran to give me some !!! Thank you so much ? this made my day. Delivery went smoothly and pizza was great! (The papa johns im talking about is specifically the one in lapalco boulevard)
Waited 90 minutes only to be told it would take another hour for my food. How is that acceptable?! Didn’t even care to apologize or offer a solution. Steer clear of this establishment.
Website states closing time 8:00 pm, I arrived at 7:27pm, I walked in and was asked the usual pickup or placing an order, I replied placing an order then I'm told " oh we're closed" me standing there confused, I asked da guy what time do they close and he says 7:30. I then stated that their website said closing time was 8:00, he looked at me like "and". I ended up at another location up the street (same hrs as theirs on the website) and these people took my order. Poor service is what I call it..
D**** I placed an online order for delivery. Agreed to a 89 minute delivery time. Waited an hour cause im patient. Checked the order status via papa track. Still said making. I called to try and confirm that they were at least working on it. Got an automated message saying they were excepting carry out only. Not once did I receive a call to make me aware that it was carry out only. Nor did the website say carry out only. The website should not accept delivery orders when the store is carry out only. Waste of time. Everything is closed because im patient and hate to bother people trying to crank out orders. Actually ridiculous. (I ordered online delivery earlier that week and received food no problem good food and tipped $10) mistakes like this lose customers like this.
been waiting TWO hours for them to deliver my pizza. still haven’t got it and they closed at 9!! will NEVER chose this place again!
Service was great,pizza had a great taste just a bit dry & burnt on the ends.
