Best restaurant I've eaten at in a while. I'm from Mississippi and I'd say it was worth a couple hour drive. I had a ham and cheese sandwich + a blue bubble gum snow ball and I was not expecting them to be so good. If you're from Mississippi, Texas, or Arkansas, this is worth the long drive!
I've been driving by this place for months and finally decided to try it. Walking in I was kind of pleasantly surprised. Its bright, and clean..has a couple of tables and a counter to eat at. Outside, there are a few benches to sit and eat and enjoy watching the traffic on Barataria!! LolI placed an order to go, just some fries and a homemade roast beef on french bread.The fries were real good and well done just as I asked. The roast beef and gravy on it was one of the best tasting I've had New Orleans included!They have daily specials and plenty of parking.I will be back ti try more of the menu!!

First time Ordering From here, The Food Is Really good, We Ordered A Roast beef Po Boy, A Cheeseburger Po Boy , A Frito Pie & 2 Small Cups of Soft Serve Vanilla Ice Cream, The Lady At The Front Counter Was Very Nice, She Also Prepared Our Order, We Will Be Back And Will Most Definitely Spread The Word, Thanks Again

Very nice restaurant inside and out. Went for lunch and had the Club sandwich and fries. Fries were fresh, crispy and hot. Perfect. Club sandwich was very tasty with fresh cut han and turkey, crispy bacon and fresh lettuce and tomatoes. Grrat sandwich. I had to take half my meal with me because it was soo filling I couldn't finish. I went for lunch and plan on going again soon. They also have ice cream and other frozen treats which I plan on partaking of next visit. Customer service was great and staff was very nice and welcoming.
The BEST family fun lunch spot on the West Bank. Excellent sandwiches. Great value and experience. Excellent daily specials. You will not be disappointed. Great snowballs(snow cones maybe for those visiting the west bank for their swamp tour). The kid LOVED the Italian meatball! Very clean!
Too expensive for there food.Staff is slow.Not too helpful.
The sno balls are de... li... cious..., the service is nice, the customer service is nice. The sno balls are just dry when you first get them, other than that, I have no complaint myself.
