If you can't handle the drive through, don't work it!! Bad attitude and unprofessional. I had a car full of overnight people, I have a big order. Do not rush me when I'm not even taking that long. Not even busy. And when I ask for an ice coffee, you ask me what kind?? And you keep asking me what kind, and I ask YOU what kind YOU have, you don't answer and instead keep repeating the question. Don't get an attitude when you can't even do your job properly and when the exhausted adults gets agitated and is making a joke in my car not even talking to you, you wanna talk smack. Gtf and don't work the drive through with ya bad attitude. Its always an issue whenever she works. Everyone else I interact with is nice.. Never going again just to be insulted by a rude lady. Too old to be doing all that.

Poor service. We ordered sprites with our kids meals and were handed apple juices instead. when my husband requested the sprites that we ordered, the child at the pick up window had a horrible attitude towards us. She insisted that we had ordered apple juices even though we told her we did not. So, even though we paid for our order, we still did not receive the correct order.
They food is hard steal and watery frappe they serve and there mouth is beyond here they don't care who is around to here the rudeness they speak of there customer and wonder why we talk shyt about there service and the quality of the food they serve us smdh really sad cuz we the customer pay y'all's pay check worthless unappreciated employees working for McDonald's ???
You only have diet coke. I visit this McDonald's often. No one has a problem giving me diet coke and coke mixed. I cant have high sugar content and diet coke is gross. Everytime I come here, i get a half and half mix. She lied to my face and said it's impossible to be done. I told her I get this here all the time. She refused to do it. I was the last car. It was not busy at all. So being busy was not an excuse in this case. No cars behind me at all! She rather not make the sale. No sale is too small. Now I'm going to a different restaurant where I can get my requested drink.
went there yesterday and placed a mobile order for curbside. when she came to bring it out she said “for allat you could’ve just came inside” and walked off in the middle of me saying thankyou. and when i forgot to get something else, i placed another mobile order and went inside instead because i didn’t want them to feel inconvenienced.. even though i’m the customer.. and when i went inside she caught an attitude again. um did u not just tell me to-????? ok. anyways 4 stars because the nuggets were crispy and 10/10 and they gave me an extra bbq sauce so the 4 stars is for the cooks and the packer<33. i won’t ever be coming here again even if it’s the closest mcdonald’s. people like her don’t understand kindness and the good intentions of other people
DISRESPECTFUL, NASTY!I do not recommend ANYONE eating from this store!They gave my the wrong order which was for the car behind me then got disrespectful when i said they gave me the wrong order took the order back to give to the car behind me which IS CROSSED CONTAMINATION!!?I have bad allergies I could’ve sneezed n they ppl ate it. When I received my order I didn’t even receive everything with my other called the store 5x n NO ANSWER!!!
Stopped going. Lines way to long n food orders screwed up.
Experience was nice and fast with really nice employees. The fast part was extra special because I had to get my kiddo to school with a frappe in hand. 5 out of 5!
The burgers were hot and the prices were good and our order was correct but the fries were too salty for consumption and the wait in the drive thru took forever
