The girl in the drive thru took my order. When I got to the window she said she didn’t take my order she was on the other speaker. But asked and answer all my questions. Told me I had to get back in line. I asked for the manager and she Gina say I have to get back in line so I don’t confuse the customers. So I said well I’m a confused customer apparently. I mean clearly I placed my order or I wouldn’t have drove up to pay the dingy girl.
I bought 3 individual breakfast meals that cost over $25.00 for the 3, I asked the cashier if everything was in the bag and asked her if she was sure because I didn't have time to check , with an attitude she said yeah its all in there. Well would you believe when I got to my destination I was missing the main course(sausage biscuits) from one of the meal. Aaaaand on top of that they did not answer the phone when I tried to call them
I just ordered a Deluxe meal and I was given the buns, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and mayo. Oh wow, we don’t get meat now? I’m so aggravated! Like who eats a hamburger without the meat and at $8.29 at that? Fa real

I just ordered an egg macmuffin meal, and received a ham and egg meal.So being that I'm on my way to work, I don't have time to go back. This was a wasted stop.Please pay attention to what you're doing.Also this location needs a good cleaning. Pressure wash the outside and get it in order.
I like this location...few problems but what McDonald's dont..I usually use the app to get my order so its NORMALLY no fuss.

Came from Houston and stopped here for a quick bite after the McDonald's up the street didn't come to the intercom only for them to also not answer the drive thru it seems like all the place down this strip are lazy and or rude
The food be fresh but every time I ask for a sprite with no ice some how it comes with ice every time
The representative at the McDonald's on Barataria Blvd was the epitome of a " the customer comes first " mindset. She greeted me as soon as she saw me walk up to the counter. I asked her a question, and she walked up to me from behind the counter and went all out to solve my issue. I didn't get her name. I am not from Marrero, but anytime I am near here, I will frequent this McDonald's. I ended up going to a nearby McDonald's due to App problems, so I can't grade the food. But the customer service? Par excellance.
