Love Jimmy John’s I love the freshness every ingredient never had a bad sandwich yet however New Year’s Eve Ordered online like I always do paid for it in the app went over to pick up the sandwich and the young man told me that it was not ready yet and to wait in the front few minutes later he came out and said hey were out of French bread OK put it on w toast when he went back in the store came back out ma’am I’m sorry we’re out of cheeseI said no that’s what I like about the sandwich cheese if you don’t have the cheese I think I need to cancel it so he told me he was going to go in and give me a refund never got a refund I will call the store today to find out what happened to my refund.
Spoke with Dwayne. I made order and they never delivered. Called to see where the order is after 40 minutes and they said oh we cancelled it. Told them I need reimbursement and they should have let me know they cancelled the order. Dwayne hung up on me. Not once but 6 times. Corporate will be getting a phone call and Dwayne needs a lesson in customer service.

Definitely better than Subway however I think this location is lazy with the toppings
1st time in a long time..it was pretty good
if you don't want to wait I suggest you call and place a order especially around lunch time! If you want fresh bread ask because 9/10 its been sitting there. My favorite is the #9 Italian nightclub if you don't want all the bread ask them to scoop the bread out. Overall they are hard working young adults doing the best they can so yes go and have patience, because you never know what kind of day someone is having.

Will never order from here again I ordered a sandwich it took them 3 hours to deliver so I talked to manager she said she would refund my money and credit me a free sandwich. Called to get the sandwich not only to find out she lied never put me on the book for the sandwich and never refunded my money she just straight up lied
At sitting in the drive thru at this very moment, the lady is very evidently high. She spoke so fast, hardly would let us finish our order and kept cutting us off. My 2 sandwiches were miss labeled and for the first time every coming here, they look like they man handled both sandwiches.Usually they aren't too bad, not the best but this experience has been the worst.
