I ordered “take out.” I received a very friendly welcome. My ordered was placed and received in a very timely manner.
Small locally owned restaurant. Run by a man and his wife only. Other reviews I've seen are overly critical and do not take this into account. The food is great. Tried everything from appetizers, sushi, salads, soup to full entrees and meals. If you're not in a rush this is a great restaurant and the staff is always looking to make the customer happy.
I ordered the Garlic/Spicy shrimp and unfortunately it had no hints of garlic and was not spicy. It tasted like boiled shrimp and vegetables in its own juices. It tasted and smelled horrible. The rice was stale. I ordered from Hina bc a friend recommended it, but never again.
They should not get any stars the worst place around. I see why the parking lot stays empty. Egg foo young was all onions can’t tell you how it tasted because it was thrown away. Drive a couple blocks more for a better place to eat.
Just terrible. I ordered General TSOs chicken and it's mostly dough. Those look like big pieces of chicken, but it's not. There's only a small piece of chicken and the rest is batter. The rice was bland. Just a really bad place to eat from.
The shrimp and broccoli was pretty good.. , I use to call it affordable lunch specials, that is no longer . prices are 4$ greater and the menu presented had no mention of a lunch special.
I was skeptical on trying this place because of all the negatives reviews. I've tasted pretty much all around the nola area and we'll this maybe have been my least favorite but it was good.Well this is pretty much everything we had.The egg roll was probably the best out of it all.Lomein had me questioning if I had covid cause it had no taste ?The sweet and sour sauce was watery but ok.The chicken wasn't tossed but def can taste the grease.Uhh the rice was ok could of been a bit softer or maybe it was a day old Sushi was good.
Seeved my kids cold teriyaki chicken then argued about the fact. Don't waste your time or money...McDonalds is right next door!
Fast and friendly service, the food was great and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere.
Spent $70 on delivery!!!!! Worst Chinese I ever had!!!! The rice was not Chinese tasted like plain brown rice with peas and carrots!!! My chicken and veggies were disgusting!!! The only thing edible was the egg roll but I was so grossed out by that point I couldn't eat....the California roll was weird had lots of cucumber tooo much and had like a lime taste....
