Found hair in both my mac and cheese sides tonight. I called the restaurant to get a refund to my mobile app because I could not make it back to the store. The manager said all he could do is either swap them out or add them to my app rewards. TBH once I find hair in my food at a restaurant I'm likely not going to eat there again much less order the mac and chees again.
Ok so I'm doing this so others know to just go to the Manhattan location because they're just better. I made a complaint in the Chick-fil-A app that their parking lot / drive thru design just simply doesn't work. I asked them to explain to me how I can have the possibility of waiting 40 minutes in the drive-through line. I'm not kidding when I type this (I timed it by how many songs played while I waited) but I literally waited 30 of those minutes after I got my food and was trying to leave the drive-thru line. Their drive-thru splits to two lanes at the pickup location. I had to waste 30 minutes of my life because the car in front of me had something wrong with their order and the people to my left didn't feel like letting me out of the drive-thru line in fear of me "skipping them"I was told that I would be contacted by the store manager and I have not been. I said it in the complaint and I'll say it again in this Google review."I am literally never going back to this location until their parking lot and drive-thru are redesigned to something that makes more sense and that employees are better trained."The dude handing out orders in the Drive-Thru line approached my car six times and then left my car six more times after realizing that he already served me and didn't put two and two together to realize that I and another car behind me were stuck in the line and needed to leave.Don't go here if you have places to be. Just go to the Manhattan location. It's down to a science over there.
Chic-fil-a is always great, but I've gotta give props to my local one. That order was super hot and fresh! Also, the car hops do accept tips. What's $2 for the guy or girl standing in that heat to bring your food to you?
My family and I love the food. The only negative thing I can say is the bar has been set very high by previous Chick-fil-A establishments. So when they are busy (and they become very busy at times) the service does seem to suffer a little. That being said we will continue to eat from and support Chick-fil-A.

The Superior Chicfila. Been going to this chicfila due to being close to work for 5+ years. It has never wavered in quality of service, accuracy to serve and fulfill orders or the never ceasing family friendliness they offer to every customer that walks through the door no matter what. Out of the several chicfila stores I go to through out the Jefferson Parish and Orleans region this has got to be the Superior, absolute best chicfila overall. All chicfila stores tend to be of top tier for fast food restaurants but this store just puts in that extra bit that makes them seem different.
Best and most consistently great customer service ever! Everything on the menu is great. The grilled chicken options are really delicious!
Very nice staff, but babyyyyyyy that Mac n cheese gor me in a choke hold!!when I tell you that it looked like somebody aunty or grandma cooked it I was shook okay now ima be honest it still need some salt and pepper but babyyyy it's still fire. Oh and you gpt to try they strawberry lemonade
I've been coming here since it opened and never a problem until about 2 months ago. Ever since then it's an issue every time. This time I have to speak up, I ordered a 12 pc nugget got an 8 pc, asked for diet coke and got Reg Coke, also asked for a bowl and received a cup. I blame the laziness inside the store with employees that don't care. Management needs to get it together.
Service and good is always consistently good. It can get backed up at times in the drive thru, but it's worth the wait. Try the tortilla chicken soup. Fantastic!
