Not what I expected. Breakfast sandwich poorly prepared, look like leftover, or recycled. Clean neat and safe, flat tasting.Price ($7.00 or so, combo) isn't the driving force .... FLAVOR IS !Reality is ... people (staff) influence customers much more than price, or flavor. I return to places I enjoy a true balance, and if I feel better when I leave! I spend approximately $25k/yr eating out.10 customers = 1/4 of $1M
Every time I come to this Wendy’s there’s always a problem always! There’s always something wrong with the computers and ordering system. Also the people that work there are absolutely unprofessional and still won’t let people in because they are still scared of Covid which is pretty much over. The door was unlocked the other day when I went in there and a few other people walked in and a guy behind the counter I’m assuming was a manager started screaming and cussing at everyone including me to get out of the restaurant when the door was clearly unlocked I’m sick and tired of this Wendy’s and the people that work here and the unprofessional attitudes that they have everyone there should be fired so new people can get hired and get trained professionally.
If I could give a quarter of a star I would. We are located within walking distance of the restaurant so we eat there often. Every time we come there they are the rudest people of any restaurant that I've been too in the area. The people across the street at McDonald's and Taco Bell are always the nicest people. Our order is never right. The employees are always talking bad about the customers who obviously just left the drive through window or they are yelling at each other. That is very unprofessional. I have heard them say on several occasions that they don't get paid enough to do what they are doing. Well then get another J.O.B. This is ridiculous! When you go for an Avocado salad, you expect to get avocado on your salad. That didn't happen! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE ATTITUDES!!!
I just spent 35 mins sitting in the drive thru, when they went to take my order the girl was rude. I spent $19 for them to completely ruin my order and not show any customer service for them to hand me my food. I am missing half of my order. I have lived near by for 6 months and every time I go they are closed. I am not sure how short staffed they are but hopefully they pay their one employee well. I won’t be back.
Complained about her drive through time when I was the only one at the drive through at first. Called my customer because they didn’t have potato’s, customer answered right away and was deciding on the choices she could substitute for the potatoes… litlerally 15sec on the phone. Manager became even more irate and and unprofessional. That I needed to pull up , when i was on the phone which the customer. She slammed the drive through window, saying, they need to cancel and reorder on there end. Another very polite girl walked up. I told her she wanted to cheese burgers instead and I pulled up. Then waited literally 30min… as 20 cars drove by in the drive through.. and all because they had to potatoes that they went ahead and dropped because they have been getting lots of complaints that the orders have been wrong. Comical.. o yeah. She also said I would have to wait in the drive through. And that she would take care of the other customers first…. Like. I am a customer, who has a customer for DoorDash!!!!! Her drive through times costed me money…. I could believe her attitude twords me… but I guess that’s what you get in fast food
Literally the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. They are incredibly rude and never get your order in a timely manner.
No coke products in dining room.No mustard as requested.Burgers are good.
I have ordered door dash from this location multiple times. The Wendy’s staff always fails to send my complete order even though I am charged for a complete order. The most recent order they failed to include my burger. This Wendy’s location leaves much to be desired. DO NOT ORDER DOOR DASH FROM THIS WENDYS
2 PM, no line to speak of, took 20 minutes, 3 parts of our order was wrong, fries were cold.
Worst restaurant experience in my life. Horrible staff, cold food, and messed up order. Threw may card in my car after taking payment. Complained about not taking the food fast enough at the next window. Went around to get the order corrected and was met with a disgusted attitude. Then they threw the corrected stuff at the door for me to pick up.
