My son and I went two days ago for breakfast. Waitress approached our table getting her pad and pen out as I asked my son if he was ready to order. She interrupted and told us “don’t rush me, be patient.” with an annoyed attitude. I told her we weren’t rushing her and that I was talking with my son. She delivered my sons food and was annoyed that he was clearing an area for her to set dishes down. She approached a moment later to give us a story on why she was frustrated and said it was due to a customer disagreement before us, the customer being an acquaintance of hers. It was quite the story. Uncomfortable experience. Never going back.
Waffle House is just an experience you have to try at some point when you are in the south. It's quite reasonably priced.
The waffle was sooo fluffy. Eggs were done perfectlyGreat job.
Third time I've been in here and they didn't have any gravy made and no time to make it, and told me so at the time they were giving me the order.
The food is awesome and the people are great! Drop by the Mandeville store and see it for your self!
Delicious and they and they figured out the way to charge us for a order that cost us the least amount of money.Really great atmosphere good people working there. Recommend.
Wouldn’t give one star if I could: Jan 10, 2022 around 11:30 ish pm, me along with 3 co-workers had all just worked 12+ hours shifts and decided to stop and get a hot meal on the way home from work. When we arrived we sat for a good 30+ mins before the waitress even decided to ask what we wanted to drink. We were all tired and very quiet, just wanted to eat and go home. She then began accusing us of being on drugs and left our table to “gossip” with another waitress. They then began to yell across the restaurant at us that “Drugs were bad”. They were loud, rude, pointing at us, which caused everyone in the restaurant to stare at us. I was uncomfortable and would NOT recommend going to this Waffle House.
Excellent. Very clean, friendly staff, and the food was exceptional. Definitely an awesome waffle house.
So disappointed. We went on a Sunday night and the place was filthy. No customers in the restaurant but dirty dishes in every booth and on the bar with food crumbs everywhere. We thought maybe they had been busy and a rush just ended but when we asked the guy waiting on us said no it had actually been pretty slow. I know it's Waffle House, but come on guys this is unacceptable.
It's waffle house. It was clean and fast.
