I paid out the rear for my Cajun sunset burger. I’ve been eating here for years, never charged for cheese before now add 1.25 to your bill!! Time’s burgers use to be great. They are dead to me now.
Amazing!! Fast, professional service. We were traveling and a local recommended we do lunch here. I can't say enough about the quality and quantity. My husband loved his burger, forgetaboutit. I had one of the best chicken sandwiches I have ever had! Let's not forget the Oreo shake, that was perfect. Highly, highly recommend you try. I hope to get back there before we leave.
The burgers were yummy! My teen got the Tiger Burger, which has fries on top, but didn't get any fries on the side. It was very late, so we didn't ask for the side of fries. They were very kind and didn't rush us even though our meal ended up going past closing time. ?
Horrible service .. my husband & I went here for Valentine's Day lunch & it took an hour & a half to get in & out. Michelle (Linda) was the name of waitress on our receipt. The couple next to us sat down well after we did and they had their food before we even got our appetizer. Less than one minute after appetizer was given to us, we got our food. The food was cold. We had to ask for straws, we had to ask for a pen from the table next to us to even sign our reciept. It took so long for everything. She never checked on us, it was horrible! I love the Times Grill in Slidell but we will never be back to this one (which is unfortunate because it's right next to our business & we would have been long time customers)
Best burger anywhere....my burger was cooked wrong for the first time ever and the manager refunded my charge and hand delivered me the correct one. Best service with never a rude server. One of my favorite go to places
Fun little restaurant with separate bar but lots of TV's in both areas. We spent Super Bowl here and it was alot of fun. NOLA Nachos and Crawfish red pepper soup were awesome. Dayona took really good care of us.
fantastic staff! very friendly and attentive, thanks for letting us watch the game..
food is always good, but the service has always been bad. 25 years ago it was horrible. they have always needed to work on this area, ever since they 1st ooened the door
NEVER disappoints, always filling and yummy.Anytime we go it's always busy,so I'm taking it it's good lol. There burgers are better than any hamburger national chain. My wife is addicted to there crawfish and pepper jack soup.hmm I think I will try it next time we go.
I enjoy the food, but the attention to detail by your kitchen staff is lacking. This past Monday around 2:30, my son and I stopped in for a late lunch. His sandwich didn't have the tomato that's supposed to come on it. In addition, my Bluez Burger didn't have the red onion. We decided try again this evening (Wednesday) with take out. When my son phoned in the order, he specifically asked whether my Bluez Burger comes with onion and was told it did. He confirmed that I wanted onion. He brings dinner home -- no onion. :-( I realize in the grand scheme of things, a couple slices of onion is not a big deal. However, it's clearly listed on the menu you created. I'm not asking for anything special. Tasty food is important, but accuracy is equally important, don't you think? The amount of money I spent at Times this week is embarassing considering that 3 of the 5 meals weren't prepared correctly. That's 40% accuracy rate.
