My husband just went to drive-thru and had the worse experience (12:35pm-12:45pm). Waited to order at the speaker, no one said anything, so my husband said hello twice and still nothing. He drove around to the window and the crew members argued about whether or not he said hello and would not take his order. Now keep in mind, he was pulling a large, enclosed trailer so the maneuver area was not easily completed. SERVICE, PERSONALITY was the worse. I will contact the TACO BELL HEADQUARTERS! My husband did not drive around to make his order because he thought the women would do something to his food. WHAT A WORLD!P.M.North Shore
My kids and I wanted to dine in this afternoon. Doors were locked. I thought maybe they were closed since the place looked dead. But Taco Bell couldn't be closed at this time. Went to the drive-thru and they said the dining room was closed due to low staffing. Seriously? How many workers are needed to allow guests to eat inside?? ? Got to the window and I saw at least 3-4 workers. I paid and was then asked to pull forward to wait for my food. The only vehicle in line and I'm asked to pull away from the window in order to help their wait times. No thanks. I got a rude look from every worker in there after that and was rudely handed my food. Didn't receive a receipt and there were no sauces I requested. Thankfully, the order was correct otherwise. I don't see Taco Bell staying open long with this quality of service. Just as another reviewer noted, get some pointers from Chick-fil-A, Taco Bell!
This location is not good. Go to the taco bell by Walmart on 190. The other night I sat in the drive thru for over 30 minutes with one car behind me and no customers in the dining room.. The flour tortillas were dried out and about as crunchy as the corn tortillas. The lettuce was BROWN! Cheese was non existent and the meet was dry and tasted like dog food. The time was about 8pm. But if you go to "chick fil a" and have 20 people in the dining room and 20 cars in the drive thru you wait will be under 15 minutes and your order will be fresh and complete. Go figure

This is baffling to me.I've never seen a more desperate store for an actual manager in my life.One that is not afraid of the employees under you.If you don't.I'll take the job and do it myself.
On 11-15-21 at about 12:15pm, I wanted 4 Chicken quesadilla’s with extra jalapeño sauce, sour cream added on to them, with extra sour cream on them, and a large baja blast. What I got was 4 burnt chicken quesadilla’s with no extra jalapeño sauce and no sour cream. And she gave me a mtn dew and decided to tell me after she rung me up that they were out of baja blast. She never gave me a straw, I asked for one and she handed it to me without even looking at me. She was very rude. I’m a manager at another restaurant. She most definitely needs to be fired and this place needs to be shut down. It’s ridiculous!
Don't work too hard. Absolutely the worst excuse for food I've ever gotten, and to think I paid for this... Not like they were busy either, all of them standing around chatting.
The new crispy cantina melt taco is tasty! Wish I'd had a Mexican Pizza to go with it!
