For all of you guys saying bad reviews, I work there and yes it was bad but now mike is gone and the new owners are so much better so now it’s great

Employee wasn't very nice or patient with an obviously autistic young man, late teens, maybe early 20's. I have a 4 yr old autistic son, so it hurt me inside to know that my son is going to experience moments like this because of others ?

I worked here in highschool back in 2016/2017. And boi, LET ME TELL YOU. Mike is a TERRIBLE boss. He "fired me" bc I was requesting too many days off for school and church. My last week there, he scheduled me ONLY on a day I requested off for the week and Sunday morning (I literally never worked mornings, let alone a Sunday morning).Also, he'd make us teenagers clock out early and work late so he didn't get in trouble for making us past curfew. Very misogynistic. One of my friends was just not put on the schedule for months, so she ended up getting a new job then one day he put her on the schedule again.

Not too crazy about Subway. The sandwiches are dry. I'm a southern girl who is used to po-boys and a roll of paper towels.

Absolutely the worst Subway location I’ve ever been to. Everytime we place an online order it is never ready and if there is a line, expect to wait another half an hour. The orders are also always missing ingredients. Don’t waste your time. Go to the Subway on the Causeway Approach.

I’ve repeatedly received bad customer service from this Subway store on Hwy 59. We’ve placed multiple orders online, and not a single time the order was ready for pickup even after showing up 30 minutes late! Today the same thing happened.. only the customer service was worse than usual! They made us wait until all the other customers in line were serviced, and then the rude employees proceeded to tell us that they ran out of Italian bread (because they didn’t prepare our online order when it was placed an hour ago, and instead catered to the in-store customers first!) so we can either wait or leave! Never going back to this Subway again.

Don’t even bother ordering ahead and expecting your order to be done when you come to pick it up, even when you give them over half an hour. When I asked why the order hadn’t been started even though I ordered it 30 mins ago online , the employee said “well I only printed it out 10 minutes ago” which I found an extremely rude response.

They wouldn't take coupons sent to me in the mail. What's up with that?
