Let me star by saying I stopped liking Starbucks coffee years ago but the people here more than compensate for the quality of the coffee. The baristas and in general all the workers are kind, helpful, remember all clients by name, the place is clean with plenty of seats, clean bathrooms and easy access from the causeway. The best out of the 3 Starbucks in the area.

I'm not really a customer but a former employee. I no longer work for Starbucks, but I worked at this location for almost a year. I can honestly say, I've never worked with such a committed, honest, hard-working group of people before like the group at this location. Corporate environments can feel cold sometimes. But there wasn't a single day that I walked in and didn't feel like family – even during a global pandemic. That's the kind of environment that the shift leads and manager have created in this store. And it definitely has an effect on the customers as well.Next time I'm back in Mandeville, I will absolutely be hitting this store up when I need some nitro. Thanks for all y'all do!
