Customer service was good but product is terrible. We were on the road and wanted a healthy smoothie. We paid $9 for a supposed smoothie that was full of sweeteners. So sweet we ended up throwing it away. That probably meant there were no natural ingredients and everything came from a can. If you are looking for a smoothie I would recommend going somewhere else.
They were very nice and efficient, a young woman by the name of Malia I believe helped me and she was very nice , very helpful and brightened my day !

The drive was packed so we parked and walked up to the window with no line. We ordered and waited a bit until I started to see vehicles that pulled in the drive after we ordered were driving away with their order. The walk up window is not faster. The smoothie was standard smoothie king flavor, consistent with the rest of the chain. The staff was respectful but not really friendly. The overall experience was not bad but not great either.

I don't get to Smooth King that often so I wasn't sure what I was going to get. The Smoothie Crew was awesome and patient with me. I took a suggestion for what to get and they hit the nail right on the head. It was great and I might just have to go there more often. Thanks Crew
