Food and service were excellent and arrived in a timely manner. Servers were attentive and courteous. This restaurant was a particular choice for us for an elegant meal on a Sunday evening when virtually no other fine dining establishments were open. It was not super crowded and the atmosphere was great. It was a very good experience. The manager greeted us and inquired about our experience.
Our server was very attentive, plus very knowledgeable about the menu. She helped us make the perfect selections. The food was also impressive.
Husbands Birthday on a Monday night, food was outstanding! Best meal Iâve had in a while, oven roasted fish with crabmeat with mashed cauliflower and broccolini. The restaurant was crowded and was only Monday night. Service was little slow but worth the wait!!! I was very very impressed, will go back again
I had a great time at Nuvolariâs! The food was amazing and service was great. I kind of wish they would have something memorable for my birthday but besides that I had a great time!
my husband made reservations for 4 for 7 pm on July 8th, my birthday. we brought our best friends (they had never been before)...we were so incredibly disappointed. first we were not seated when we arrived for our reservation (we were asked to wait 10 minutes) we said sure tried to find somewhere to stay out of the way - after 10 minutes we reminded the hostess we were still waiting. she seated us at a table near the bar (it had been empty since our arrival) we were told they had to let staff catch up...ok but standing by the door in heals was not comfortable. after seating the waiter didn't acknowledge us for 15 minutes. 1 of our drinks was wrong, a steak was overcooked, we asked for bread when we hot appetizers and didn't receive until our last bites of steak. I understand being understaffed, but the large table sitting beside us was getting great service and we couldn't get bread! I know galen and Tiffani and hoped we would be seated in their sections but we were not. this was one of the most disappointing meals I have had - especially on my birthday.
Cold potatoes, cold carrots, cold pasta...all tasted like had been sitting for awhile on our plates..appetizer served warm....entrees took almost an hour to be served...ya need a better kitchen staff. Our waitress,Larisse, tried hard to apologize for slow drink and food service.
Canceled our reservation 1.5 hours before dinner because no staff showed up, and they didn't open. Reservation was made 3 weeks in advance so we could eat before the 4th of july fireworks show, and would not have to battle the crowds for dinner. Seems this is becoming a pattern if you look through other reviews. Very disappointed! Luckily another restaurant was very sympathetic and able to get us in last minute. Thank you Rip's on the Lake!
We arrived to see a sign on the doorââclosed labor issuesâ. We get itâitâs hard to get help. But a restaurant should respect its customers enough to notify open table so that a reservation canât be booked.
It was our first time eating in your restaurant, the food was so delicious. The only issue we had was the light above our table would flicker on and off and it was extremely hot. These two thinks will not keep us from coming back. Thank you for a wonderful experience
Had a very delicious dinner for Fatherâs Day with family. Everything was so good. Calamari, Genoa Shrimp, Manicotti was excellent!! Will be back again soon!
