Really need to work on customer service. Came in two order breakfast with my two small children. 10 minutes before 10:30 and went to use the automated computer to order. The touch screen wasn’t working and I had an employee walk past me several times and never greeted me or asked if I need any kind of assistance. Then after struggling with the computer breakfast was over and nobody still wanted to assist me in getting an order they were just very adamant about the fact that breakfast was over and they kept going about their business and they didn’t even care that I left the store. I would’ve given one star but this store was somewhat clean so I’ll give them credit for that.
I went to get some food for someone else. I did get a drink from there and the people were really nice. But I can't attest as to the quality of the food.
This McDonald’s never answers the window, and always closes earlier than the times that is one the website. Highly recommend the one on flordia street.
Quarter fresh off the grill but was not flavorful at all. It did not have any condiments other than thickly sliced raw onions. No ketchup, mayo, mustard, nor even a napkin in the bag.

Years of coming here and today I experienced rudeness for the first time from Angela at the window. Asking for clarification on an order placed literally every weekend when the total is off of what it normally is, that is 100% normal. Your short staff is no excuse for a bad attitude when a customer asks for clarification, but you didnt even bother asking what I felt was wrong, even though it was and you charged me for an extra sandwich that I didnt want or need. Had you actually read my order back, I would have informed you it was incorrect, but instead you choose to yall at customers that "you dont have to take that" and to "go on and get" while refusing to let me talk to the manager. Your bad attitude towards me will have zero effect on my day, but I sincerely hope you have the day you deserve.
I really dont like giving bad reviews but I was very disappointed with the service & attitude by the young man that gave me my food in the drive thru.. while other employees were right behind him playing on their phones..
Went to drive theiygh and ordeted Filet o Fish no cheese and fries no salt because I am on a low salt diet and those items were within my salt budget. They were super nice and obliged with no problem. The food was fresh and only a minimum wait time. Super friendly staff.
Place is a joke. You get skipped over 3-4 times in the double drive thru.
