On Airport Rd in Slidell. They were more concerned about drive up. We waited standing in front of Order counter 12 minutes and had to ask if anyone was working the counter. Finally our order got placed. When given the food in a bag the fries were cold and the order was incorrect. Won't return.
I don't know why I still go to McDonald's. They can't get anything right if they tried . Shake machines always broken and since all this Covid , they don't even let anyone inside the place anymore. And they are so slow. I don't understand why other people go there either.

I go here way too often for breakfast, nearly daily-They always get my order right. Every time.-Staff is fast and efficient.-Food is always hot and fresh - never cold-They serve only the highest quality crisp cold tap water -Breakfast burritos with mild salsa... Bussin?
This was the 3rd time I've been to this particular place. I live out of town but stop there a few times over the last couple of months when I'm in that area. So, this is a trend not a one off experience. 1st vist: no straws or sauce for the nuggets. 2nd visit: no napkins or ketchup. 3rd visit: tried to give me the wrong drink. Acted like I was incovienving her. Had to ask for napkins and no ketchup even though I asked for it. It's even on the the receipt. Last but not least, they didn't give me my Hot n Spicy sandwich. Tonight was definitely my last visit there.
We have waited for over 30 min to place an order. With not having open seating it should be a lot faster

McDonalds is giving the appearance of price gouging customers that just went through hurricane Ida. For example, they can’t sell you a sausage biscuit, you must purchase a sausage and egg biscuit with no egg. This is basically triple the price. For dinner/lunch your only nugget choices are 10 and 20. No choice for 4 or 6. No small fries, just medium and large. No McDouble, just a Double cheeseburger that costs twice as much.
