My wife and I stopped over after shopping at home goods. I got the chicken philly and my wife the Italian. Both were amazing sandwiches. Full of flavor and the owner seems very nice.
Meats cut to order fresh bread tasty toppings with fast and friendly service. Forget other sub shops.
The servers took good care of us and made us a great sandwich! They had an incident occur between two patrons while we were in the store and they handled it with great professionalism. I hope the manager sees this and gives them the accolades they deserve and maybe a raise, too!
This is as close to a "real" cheesesteak I've had away from the east coast. Their cold subs are pretty well done too, very fresh tasting.It is NOT a po'boy, it is not supposed to be.
The sandwiches are excellent, but the service is…not so excellent. During the several times I’ve been to Jersey Mike’s, the service has been quite slow and disorganized. It seems like each employee doesn’t have their own designated task and are all simultaneously performing different tasks in an effort to be more efficient. However, the result is basically a cluster. Overall though, the taste of the sandwich with the iconic oil and spice blend is worth the headache of trying to order.
As someone who used to work there I'm what the food should taste like and what I ordered didn't taste like how I remember it was dry and unpleasant the kids that work there don't put enough mayo or chipotle mayo for backline sandwiches and its like what was the point of me even ordering it a certain way if I can't even taste the difference shake back y'all
I’m not a big sub person but JM’s is so fresh and flavorful! Love their bread. Service is great too!
So I honestly did not know they were about to close and ITS New Year’s Eve, I didn’t realize it was almost at closing time until another customer said so and I honest to God felt so bad because I don’t like when I’m about to leave a hard days of work and someone walks in at the very last minute, but that’s exactly what I did so I decided to write this review right here and now because Cooper, Brittany and Logan have had a smile the whole time, they’ve been so welcoming and so pleasant I’m just impressed and I haven’t eaten this one sandwich they made for me yet because as I said, I’m literally still here but I did have it before so I can also give it a 5 star because that’s why I came and got it again. Thanks you for hiring people like these three amazing employees. I will for sure be back!!!
I always used to go to subway & my husband laughed at me. He kept pestering me to try Jersey mikes and it wasn’t until he bought a sandwich for himself, that I tried a piece. Needless to say, that afternoon he had to buy a new sandwich because I had claimed it as my own. Subway is a thing of the past & I now visit this location probably twice a week , depending on my finances . I come in so often, they’re beginning to recognize me ! This food is Orgasmic .
Our sandwiches were delicious, unfortunately the shift leader seemed incredibly inconvenienced by our visit.
