When it first opened, our family came here and we were not impressed. However, in the last year, we have been here at least once a month. The margaritas are yummy and every dish I ordered I enjoyed. Service has also been excellent.
Do not order via Chow Now (website Google was directing people to) because they don't check it. I ordered my food and it said the time was pending for more than 20 minutes. When I gave up and went to the restaurant the tablet they use for that app was DEAD.They put the order right away and it took only 10 or 15 min to make. Lastly, the food was a bit bland for the price tag. Quantity is good though.
mold all over menus….very rude and told me it was no big deal and grabbed the moldy menu sheet with his bare hands and continued to serve food
Server got all the meals (6) wrong and two meals took 25 minutes. To top it off the checks (3) had to be run 3 times to get that right. Never had these problems with the Slidell location. Will not return, will drive the extra 20 miles to slidell.
Even though they were packed for the Mardi Gras parade, service was outstanding. The food was fast and fresh and the service was top notch. Management is the best! Thanks for being the best Mexican restaurant around.
We love El Paso. My son has MANY anaphylactic food allergies and they always prepare safe meals for him. Our favorite server is Jordan and she always takes care of us.
The food was great and the customer service is top notch thanks we will be back soon!!!
I’m a frequent customer of El Paso. For the most part I have to say that the chips & salsa and the food are good. But on this particular occasion my co-worker and I had gone to lunch there. We both ordered the grilled chicken quesadilla lunch. The chicken on the quesadilla was over salted, too salty to eat after a couple of bites. We told the server we didn’t want it and she asked if we wanted anything else and we said no. She then proceeds to bring us the check with the full amount of both meals after having talked to the ASSISTANT MANAGER. I asked to speak to the ASSISTANT MANAGER and she tells me that the best she can do is give us the 50% discounted price. I tell her that it wasn’t worth the “50% discounted price” and that we would not be coming back, to her response of shrugging her shoulders and saying ok. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this establishment!!
We really enjoy El Paso. The chips are always fresh and the salsa and bean dip are very good. My wife often orders the fajitas and I really like the Enchiladas Al Carbon. There's always a ton of food and a bunch left over so you won't be disappointed there. I could stand for a bit more flavor in the enchiladas and a bit more steak for the $20 price tag but all in all, a solid 4 star.
The staff is great and very welcoming. Food is DEEEliciuos! We love the live music as well.
