Ordered from Cucina Cangemi via Door Dash. The roast beef for their $17 sandwich arrived with dry bread only; none of its described additions - mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. - were included.) The meat & gravy were packaged separately, as requested, but the container of "food" was ice cold, tasted rancid and had a pungent order. Would give negative stars if I could. HORRIBLE!!!!! ??
I was looking for a Greek restaurant that served patischo. Instead I found Cucina Congemi. Food looked so good that I decided to try it. Absolutely delicious from the lasagna, that is big enough to feed 3, cheesy bread, Cesar salad, corn and crab bisque, and delicious cheese cakeAlmost tastes like Juniors in NYC. Lived in NY for 20 years. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!
Decided to try dinner here and we are so happy we did. Everything was ready for the time they estimated and the food was delicious. If you haven’t tried this place, you are definitely missing out!
Amazing service from BENNY. Such a well mannered, positive, enthusiastic young lady. Highly recommend asking for her, oh and don’t forget to tip her good because she deserves it!
A large menu with a good mix of Mediterranean and Italian food. The corn and crab bisque is great with lots of crabmeat and an almost seafood boil hint of flavor. We also had the gumbo, French onion soup, pizza chicken marsala, crawfish fettuccine, and andouille mac and cheese. The portions are large and the prices are reasonable. The wait staff the night we visited was young and eager but a little inexperienced.
Always thoroughly enjoy taking my wife here. Delicious food! Must give them a try.
The food was delicious! We had baba ghanoush, lamb meatballs, Bogue Falaya broccoli, and crab cakes with shrimp Bienville.I loved their mango vinaigrette dressing and the batter in the broccoli appetizer was wonderfully crunchy and perfectly golden.The staff was friendly and responsive. Thanks for a wonderful belated Valentine meal! ☺️

I had a pretty good experience with this place. Great atmosphere. Tasty appetizer and perfectly seasoned meal. I got a tender pork shank with mashed potatoes I highly recommend it!
Waitress admitted she overcharged me for my lunch ticket, and explained it to me, but didn’t adjust the ticket. When I looked at it, and called her out to tell her that the incorrect price was still on the bill she said, unfortunately you still have to pay the price, but we’ll make sure and fix it next time. Sorry, we won’t be back!
