Never have the workers ever had my food ready on time. I always have to pull forward and wait and watch other cars pull off that were way behind in line to began with. The food is great though.

We alway go because it’s close to home my son is 4 so he doesn’t mind the cold nuggets and and even colder fries use to be my fav until this location opened

The food is generally on par with what you would expect and the people who work here are nice, but the logistics and planning are the worst of any freestanding chick fil a that I’ve seen. The drive through layout is ridiculously cumbersome and it moves much slower than other stores. I assume corporate knows this store has efficiency problems since this location isn’t available to choose in doordash - you have to order from the Covington location more than twice the distance from my house. Just speculating on why that is, but it is bizarre. I hope they figure out how to fix the parking lot and speed up the line because I live chick fil a and would be a more frequent customer if it wasn’t such a pain.

Every time I order there’s a problem how can someone order 4 entree meal with 2 freaking sauces. Wack service order door dash still order wrong receive someone else order. Everybody laughing and playing instead of focusing on getting the order correct.

The worst Chick-fil-A in the country, hands down. How can this location be so bad? Don’t make the mistake of going through the drive-thru…guaranteed to take 45 minutes + and end with your order screwed up.

I think this only has drive through. Like most Chick-fil-As it is always busy. But they wisely built this one stepped back from the road with lot of space for the drive through line. It can still be a bit of nightmare if you hit at a busy time, but they are extremely efficient and the food is always good. It is priced well too. The restaurant is new and like I mentioned they built it knowing they would have a lot of drive in business, so double lanes, outside order and pay, etc. We go there a lot.

Overall I love Chick-fil-A. As expected they are always very polite and fast. But the last 3 times I have been there they have gotten my order wrong. Nothing major but when I ask for no pickles and the sandwich has pickles on it the juice and smell gets all over the sandwich and my kids don't want to eat it. Which completely runis the point of going there, which was to get my kids something quick to eat.

Poorly ran location. Went thru drive-thru and ordered my kids, wife, and myself food. Got the food and left. Got home and they FORGOT THE NUGGETS! Very frustrating. Had to drive all the way back and get them so my kids could eat. Walked inside to pick them up, told the manager and did not even get an APOLOGY!!! So unprofessional. And they weren’t even busy… maybe 5 cars in drive thru. Come on Chick-fil-A, you’re better than that! This is not the first incident at this location.

David need a raise!I asked alot of question and even though the line was long he made us feel like we were his only customer.He help us choose which meals to get for our workers. (Size count on nuggets and how many sandwiches).From the time we drove up order and payed, David had a big smile on his face.You can see he is proud to work forChick fil-A !!!

The last 3 times I have been there my order has been missing items. Called and informed them of the error was told they would credit my rewards account for a meal because of the errors; month later nothing credited. Went back tonight and again missing items. Called corporate this time so hopefully something changes and they can get peoples order correct.
