Love this place. If you ever have a chance to try the soups, grab some for hoke. They make apme awesome ones and those stuffed artichokes!?
Long over due review! Soooo I’m Italian and VERY picky about Italian restaurants but we we finally found a winner!! Yes we drive from Baton Rouge but it’s absolutely worth it. Our first visit was in October for our anniversary dinner. We had the place to ourselves basically. We had such a sweet waitress who helped me with the menu (I’m recovering from eye surgery) She was very attentive and we never needed to ask for anything. Our last visit was last month and I was honestly impressed that the consistency of food and serve are STILL excellent. You can taste how fresh the ingredients, food and sauces are. You WILL have PLENTY of leftovers to dream about until the next day. The drinks are stiff without the stiff price too. We met Giavanna (the owners daughter) who was very helpful with my menu choice… Do yourself a favor and order the Carmella (named after her sister) and order dessert even if it’s to go. As a home baker I can tell you I rarely order dessert because it’s something generic and premade. Here the cake layers are light & fluffy, fillings and frostings aren’t too sweet. Ordered from the pizza kitchen. First off, portions are huge. Menu says 16" pizza, I'm thinking they are actually about 18". Second, the flavor is great. They are on the greasy side, but that's EXCATLY what good pizza is about. The muffuletta pizza is ridiculous and the predator is also really strong. Order was ready on time and staff were super friendly.

Wasn’t crowded, Service was extremely slow, for some reason. They had at least 4 servers. Took 30 minutes to get bread, when normally it was brought to the table with our drinks. We had to continually ask our server for different items. (Bread, refills, butter, cheese, etc) Got there at 6:20, left at 8pm, waiting for our food. Food was good, Italian salad was Excellent as always! Great Bloody Mary’s?

Food is incredible and portions are crazy big. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is I’m not thrilled with the credit card policy.

Awesome staff great hand tossed pizza and authentic Italian dishes. I’m picking up a 16’ pie and Shimp Diavolo and chicken Parmesan for 12 this weekend
