Oof what happened to this place. They never have ice. They should stop selling drinks and accepting Doordash orders, because they also treat doordash drivers like second class citizens
If I could give zero stars I would . Visited late last night to try out wings to dictate the use for a birthday party order & I received Unprofessional. Long wait.Cold food. Will not be returning to this location. Hire professional looking and acting team members!!!! DONT EAT HERE
No ice so we brought our own...Soft drink machine out of many flavors...The wings were lacking flavor.Cajun wings were less than mild...Lemon pepper were weak lemon flavored with a weak hint of pepper...The fries however did have good seasoning.Over all grade D-The whole concept of WingStop is to experience a multitude of flavors options, the two flavor we ordered were very weak. unfortunately not even the soft drinks machine offered many options...
I ordered the 15 pc combo which reasonably shouldn't take 20 minutes but then they gave us bone in wings when we asked for boneless, then made us wait another 20 minutes. Since I had to wait twenty more minutes for wings I asked for fresh sides because by the time we get leave the wing stop not even counting our trip home( FOURTY minutes after they were made) and they said no because it was too close to close then they forgot our brownie and luckily we said something so we got that but they forgot our roll. Not worth the $36 WITHOUT drinks
Usually they get the order right here. There’s a new cook I believe so wings are getting done so much better now
I ordered the 30 piece crew pack, 10 Louisiana rub, 20 parm garlic. I picked up the order, it was confirmed to me by the staff that everything was in the bag. I open the bag when I get home and I’m short 10 of the LA rub wings. I called the store so I can come get the wings they forgot to give me, the girl on the phone rudely demanded that I return the entire order to them. I said “my family is already eating, if I bring the order then you’re getting bones”. She then rudely says there’s nothing they can do for me no refund, no wings, nothing. So how is this my fault? This store now owes me money or 10 Louisiana rub wings. Someone needs to do something about this. Is there a GM I can get in contact with?
I click to order my wings well done/extra crispy every time, but it's hit and miss when i get them. How can i get my order the way i want it every time?
Horrible. Wings were not well done, they were sitting on a shelf way before they were suppose to be ready because they were ice cold despite them being in a tin/foil bin. No one answers the phone, so I placed an online order for 7:45 pm pick up. I arrived at 7:30 and they handed me the bag from the shelf. The guest at the party had to warm up their wings in the microwave. There was very little flavor or seasoning on the wings. The skin was soggy and soft, not crispy or fried. The order was for 50 wings and more than 30 wings remained because no one wanted to eat them. We were not expecting this subpar product from a new location on Nelson Rd. We will go to Buffalo Wild Wings for future orders.
My husband placed his order around noon. Figured they were super busy with online orders. At 1:00pm he approaches them to ask what’s taking so long as he sits inside the restaurant and they tell him they don’t even have a Jones in the system. Luckily he had his receipt. This is completely unacceptable. It is 1:10 and I am still sitting in the car waiting for our order. RIDICULOUS!!!!
Just horrible customer service. Walked in and was completely ignored for at least four minutes while workers texted on their phones. Finally had my order taken. The girl behind the counter, who wasn’t wearing a name tag (night shift Oct 18), was abrasive, never greeted me, and was completely rude the entire time. Then I watched her touch food (celery) and never washed her hands. Completely horrible experience. Fire these people, they are going to bankrupt your business.
